Storage Sense - Greenville

The ladies in the office were extremely helpful and nice. They were very on-top of it and knew exactly which unit was mine when I gave them my name. This is my first time renting a storage unit and I’m so glad I chose Storage Sense to keep my belongings safe!

I wasn't sure of the unit size I would need when I first went in. I was asked about some of my items to get an idea and then suggested the perfect size unit as well as an affordable option. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to help. I highly recommend them to everyone i know.

Caitlyn at Storage Sense Greenville has been/is great to work with. She answered all my questions & helped me find just the right unit for my needs. This is a very clean, safe place to store goods.

Moved to SC and decided I needed a unit to store things until I closed on my house. En-route, arranged for a unit over the phone, Received access information for after hours and was able to unload my car before heading to the hotel. Easy peasy!

We are new to the area and in need of a short term storage solution. We went off the Google reviews which were all very good so we figured we'd try our luck, which seemed to be running short. Kayla and Amanda were both fantastic and treated us like old friends. I will always recommend them! A fantastic experience.

I have had the need for a storage unit for almost a year now and the girls at storage since Amanda and Kayla have been wonderful every step of this journey! I cannot express in words the gratitude I have for their caring nature’s! They have truly made a horrible year less horrible by knowing that the things that I have collected over my 50 years they belong to me and my deceased loved ones and my boys are safe and sound! Amanda has truly I been such a blessing as I have just dealt with her more because she just happen to be here but she has stayed late she has helped me physically move things she has helped me fit things that I couldn’t fit in one unit she has taken her personal time to help me these two are truly blessings! Everyone should check them out they’re having a special right now and they are special! 🦋

Rented a Uhaul Saturday to travel to Oklahoma. No issues at all with reservation or the truck. Lady was super friendly and helpful. I appreciate the ease considering the drive we were about to embark on. I’d rent from here again and recommend them fully.

My experience was outstanding. From keeping my belongings safe, the area was clean, but the employee (Amanda) was very professional and sweet all at the same time. She's very knowledgeable . I recommend her for a raise, or moved up the ladder. I've been using storage for 18 months and She's been a over the top employee.

I have been a customer for 2 years now, anytime I need to ask billing questions or talk to staff, Amanda is incredibly helpful, kind and professional.
