Jenkins Restaurant and Deli

We visited Jenkins today for lunch and both the food and service were incredible! Jenkins has always been one of our family's favorite spots to eat and today's experience moved it up on our "favorite list" even higher. We're not sure what has changed with the recipe, but the chicken salad sandwich was top-notch. It tasted just like it did years ago at the old Jenkins restaurant. We also had a chicken sandwich that is new on the menu. The portion was large and it tasted better than any chicken sandwich around. To the owners...THANK YOU! We've always loved this restaurant and the changes you've made to the menu are great. We're looking forward to visiting again very soon.

Went this week to check out what all the hype is about. I was NOT disappointed. I haven’t been to Jenkins in years because the food quality was so bad but this trip I was pleasantly surprised to actually have a good meal and great service. Keep it up!

I dined at Jenkins today for lunch with a friend. I had the chickrn salad. Chef Wesley went back to the original recipe. It is absolutely the best. And what I remember. My friend had the French dip. It was better than it has ever been. Friendly staff and great service. So happy that this restaurant is staying locally owned. Chef Wesley True is definitely one of the best chefs in Tennessee . Cleveland is lucky to have him .Give it a try! You won't be disappointed

First time I had the flipping chicken and I loved it! 🤩 They have good sandwiches and soup too. Just a bit slow, but considering they were packed and was Saturday they’re pretty good.

Good fresh salad bar. A bit expensive for 13.99 but had a good amount!

Went there with family after my daughter's basketball game and we all loved everything. I personally got the French dip and it was so good. They have a variety of options to choose from and I like the atmosphere also. Very clean, reasonably priced entree's, and the service was wonderful. Will definitely be back in the near future. 😁

A pleasant dining experience with my adult granddaughter and her boyfriend. The food was good, friendly service. The food was a little slow coming out, but it is not a fast-food restaurant

We had just left the Christmas train ride at the Hiwassee when we decided to stop here. We had our grandchildren with us and they LOVED the train traveling above them through out the store! They got a kick out of pushing the big red button when the train would stop.
Our waitress was phenomenal!! Our kids are ages 2,3 and 4 and if course, they were very excited and a little loud at times but our waitress didn't seem to mind and assured us they were fine.
The food was delicious as always! Looking forward to the next time we can bring them.

Tonight was our first time at a Jenkins Deli and we couldn't be happier that we decided to stop in. We felt their welcoming family atmosphere just walking in. Our waiter Chase was ever so helpful with recommendations and answering our questions. We went with the Beast chop steak with mushroom, onion, and green pepper toppings. It was incredibly lean and tasty. Our appetizer and each of the sides were all tasty. I had to take home half my meal, but we couldn't resist dessert. Which between our waiter Chase and the manager Chris they decided to put on the house. What a true surprise! We will definitely be back, multiple times to finish trying all their yummies! Thank you for such a great experience Jenkins!

The food was delicious, the decor was authentic, unique and fun. Our waitress fast and attentive. We had the Fried Pickle Chips which were yummy. I had "The Beast" Steak which is a combination of specialty meats. It was very good.

Their food was really delicious... they have an old coke Cola fridge for people who like old stuff they have this train that fits around the restaurant my kids enjoyed, which is a pretty place, and the service and people there were amazing. Thank you

Really cozy place, filled with memorabilia and a sense of histories floating around, really liked the pickle fries and enjoyed the chicken salad sandwich.

Very good place to eat. We stopped in while passing through. Nice people, good prices, salad bar, steaks, burgers, all kinds of stuff. See the pics with the menu.

Was very family friendly and also had some good desserts. I will stop by here again if I pass through the area again.

Had a train track with a model train that was pretty cool.

The service and food are good. The atmosphere is great. The restaurant has been around for decades from its old location to the new one. They have stayed true to the way they do things. It's a nice place to come and eat with a group or just for a couple.

Absolutely loved this place! We have never eaten here, so we looked at reviews and the parking lot! We could tell it was good.

I got the salad bar and it was delicious, I will definitely be back soon. Clean restaurant with good service. Great price too! Highly recommended.

This place is wonderful. Well portioned servings for the price. Very fun atmosphere. Signs and decor in themselves are enough to keep you entertained. Staff very friendly, patient, focused and on task.

Locally owned and operated, this is one of Cleveland's gems. The atmosphere is quaint and friendly. The service is great and the food wonderful. If you are looking for something different, give Jenkin's Deli a try. You will not be disappointed.
