Holiday Inn Express & Suites Cleveland Northwest, an IHG Hotel

We usually stay at Holiday Inn Express because of the heart healthy breakfasts. The most friendly and helpful people work at these inns. They always make you feel right at home! The one here in Cleveland is no exception. The staff went out of their way to find us a good restaurant. The breakfast room lady was so cute! Hope we can stay here again!

The room was clean and nice sized. The bathroom was big. The front desk person was very friendly. The parking lot was well lit. The breakfast was really tasty and had nice selections. The cinnamon rolls were excellent.

Ms. Leyna provided outstanding customer service and made me feel as if I was home, away from home. She went over and beyond to meet my needs and ensure that my stay was the most pleasant. Thank you Ms. Leyna for your service. Anytime I am back in Cleveland, I will accommodate my stay here!

The hotel is great but the star is Leyna at the front desk. She was so kind and accommodating. She appears to love what she does and she does it so well. I hope she sees this and knows how much she made our stay even better.

Newly renovated; very clean; from the time I made the reservation, the folks I spoke with were extremely helpful and friendly. When we arrived it was very late as well as crowded. There was only one lady at the desk but she was very polite and took care of everyone with a sweet smile. Good but ordinary breakfast

We booked this hotel as a stop on our trip up north. It is right off of I-75 and easy to get to. The staff were very kind and accommodating. The rooms were clean and the continental breakfast was amazing with a lot of food options for any pallet.

This is the best hotel I’ve ever stopped at! They have all Dove products in the bathrooms ,a Keurig coffee maker, a pool, and the best breakfast! We got Chick-fil-A off of DoorDash and Shane was the best, and the food was amazing! Best place ever!

Biggest things were we needed some place clean, with laundry machines to deal with children accidents from the drive, in a safe area. This hotel exceeds my expectations and felt very nice. Laundry soap was available for purchase at the front desk and the machines take cards instead of taking coins which works out because I didn't want to deal with coins.

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at. It was so clean and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was well stocked and clean.

We would definitely recommend it & we will be back.

This hotel was quite, close to several restaurants, and had an excellent staff. My room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good . I did not use the exercise room or the pool.

Unfortunately I was in Cleveland for a family funeral from Indiana. When I called the hotel to book my room I was greeted by a wonderful young lady Leyna who was very pleasant to talk to as well as very helpful during my booking as well as during my stay there. I had several occasions to enter act with Layna during my stay and I must say bravo to Holiday Inn Express for such a wonderful and helpful employee they have in Leyna. The whole staff for that matter were very nice and helpful as well It's just that Leyna went above and beyond. My room was great very clean an comfortable. I would very highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting or passing through Cleveland Tennessee.

I love this particular Holiday Inn Express because they have the most comfortable beds of almost any other hotel I frequent in the state of Tennessee. The staff at this hotel are always great, however I would like to recognize and highly commend a relatively recent addition to the team here. I've stayed here twice in the past two weeks and each time Claire has been at the front desk to greet me and my colleagues. Both times she has been extremely kind and accommodating. I'm kind of a needy customer and each time I've needed something she's been glad to help. Whether I needed to break a larger dollar-bill, or needed a bottle of water or two, she's gone out of her way to ensure that my stay is as comfortable as possible. Thank you so much Claire, and keep up the good work!

We had a wonderful stay here this weekend! Francis at the front desk was super friendly and really made us feel welcome. We were pleasantly surprised to learn she had upgraded our room to a suite, which turned out to be fantastic room. The morning breakfast was a nice hot meal; just what we needed before going rafting. Only complaint was a noisy AC unit but it wasn't bothersome enough to warrant changing rooms. The rooms were a bit pricy but well worth it. We will definitely be back next season!!

Stayed here 4 nights on back-to-back weekends. Great hideout style hotel. Had plenty of space to work on my display trailer. Really enjoyed the room upgrade as well. Breakfast was decent and front desk staff was accommodating. Tim is the best though. (king suite w/extra floor space pictures)

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The check in process was simple and the staff was friendly and polite. They explained that a hot breakfast would be available in the morning, but due to CDC guidelines, we could not serve ourselves. The staff was there at 6:30 a.m. providing coffee, eggs, sausages and biscuits.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable and it was probably the quietest hotel I ever stayed in.

I have traveled a lot over last year and this hotel was by far my best experience.

beds were comfy! food was good! Staff was friendly even-though we arrived in the middle of the night hoping for a room. Price was a bit higher than we had hoped but No other complaints. I was very impressed with the breakfast

Had a personal emergency needing a room in a pinch. Got a bit of an early check-in with no reservation, no problem. Rooms clean, quiet & comfortable. Breakfast was good. I've been a strict Hilton Honors club member....now I've got a new go to!

Great overall hotel stay. Beds are comfortable, the hospitality was fantastic. Specifically Joe - he went above and beyond to track down a crib for us late at night! Also, very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the breakfast. It's got to be the best hotel free breakfast we've ever had!

Nice place, beds were very comfortable, rooms, lobby and hotel in general was clean and well kept. Breakfast had a good selection to choose from. Stayed 2 days due to weather and riding motorcycles through area. Longhorn steak restaurant in parking lot also made dinner selection easy.

Great hotel. Awesome and very friendly staff. Super clean and comfortable. Beds are clean and comfy. Bathrooms are very nice, bright and clean, with bath and body works soaps and shampoos. Breakfast is great, biscuits and gravy, and the cinnamon rolls were my favorites. Outdoor pool is nice. The only compliant I could have is they should leave the lights on in the lobby when breakfast is over, it's odd they turn them off literally the minute breakfast ends, even if people are still sitting in the area. But a very small complaint for an over all excellent, clean, friendly, and welcoming property. If we are ever cursed with having to stay in Cleveland, TN again we will most definitely stay at the awesome Holiday Inn Express.
