Holiday Inn Cleveland, an IHG Hotel

This hotel is right of the exit and is absolutely perfect. Way better than many we've stayed at for more than 1 night. The rooms were impecable and updated. The restaurant on the 1st floor was just outstanding. Great breakfast and Cricket was a true sweetheart. We stayed with our 2 boys and they had a blast.

I recently had a fantastic experience at Holiday Inn. The room was impeccably clean, and the delicious breakfast added an extra touch to my stay. I must commend Cricket for her charming personality and excellent customer service. Her attention to details truly enhanced my overall satisfaction.

This is probably the best hotel 🏨 we've stayed at in awhile. This room was clean, had a great soft bed with soft pillows and ample amounts of plug ins throughout the room. The stand up shower with glass doors was a rear nice touch. Customer service was great as well.

This was my second time staying at this location and it was great just like the first time! The whole reason I booked at this location was because of the front desk lady Val! It was so wonderful the first time I stayed and I will continue to book with this location for every trip when I come out this way!

Oh my god the bed and the pillows were amazing !!!! Everything super clean ! The shower had good pressure actually felt clean and even had a hair free soft towel to dry ! Also loved the Dove shampoo conditioner body wash and lotion !! I was amazed and could honestly say best hotel I’ve ever been too! Staff was also extremely friendly !!

This place was amazingly beautiful and clean! The pillows were soft but they had firm etc the bed was so comfy, the decor was very modern and the carpet was so clean! There were no musty smells, it was a very pleasant stay. The only dirt I saw was in the bathroom vent, but other than that the room was spotless! The lobby area was the best I’ve seen in a long time. Very modern, clean lines, colorful decor, the bar area was nice! I would definitely stay here again!!!

The room was clean and spacious. All the staff has been amazing! Comfortable bed ands god AC. The breakfast is great. I got the Belgian Waffles comes with eggs and sausage no way anyone could eat it all. My husband got the bacon egg and cheese plate that came with potatoes and we were both shocked at the amount of food and the quality. The lady that was working in the restaurant area was wonderful and attentive! Will for sure stay here again.

Great hotel!! All the conveniences..plenty of outlets..friendly small bar and breakfast area. Close to major restaurants..clean..comfortable bed and quite. We'll be back😊

This Hotel is Amazing! The best handicap room I have ever stayed in. The shower was walk in 2 different shower heads and so clean. The bed was so comfortable. I will always stay at this hotel when in town. Breakfast was delicious with a hot buffet. Looking forward to coming back.

Staff is SO cool.

Prices in the bar and restaurant are fair not over board.
The guy running the front desk...spot on good.
Will stay here every time I visit.

Small ant issue but they are working very very hard to solve this issue.
People coming and going it's a battle but they are in the fight.

FYI the staff is amazing here.
Do down to earth so friendly.

Beautifully renovated hotel. This is the 3rd time my husband and I have stayed here in the past 5 weeks as it is our halfway point between Louisiana and Virginia. Its always clean, and the rooms are very comfortable. 2 of the 3 times we've stayed we had small issues that were quickly addressed. As a GM of a HI, I have very high expectations and this hotel hit almost every mark. We ate in the restaurant on our 2nd trip and the food was great, as well as the service. I didn't catch his name, but there was a new guy training that checked me in with a little assistance from the other gentleman. He had a great attitude and was very friendly. Will continue to stay here anytime we go to Virginia. Great job 👏

We absolutely LOVED the crew here at Holiday in!!! The management was tremendously amazing, helped me book our honeymoon/anniversary stay. Our suit was decked out in rose pedals and strawberries!!!
It was super romantic and was way more than what I could have ever expected!! I would recommend this hotel over any other just for the staff alone!!
The room was spacious and super clean! Well lit and not dark like every other hotel I have stayed in. And ladies, when you go to put on your makeup, the bathroom lighting is AMAZING! Don’t worry about shadows and lines and when you walk outside!!
I’d give this place a 20/10 if I could ❤❤❤

Check in is one point, requests are quickly addressed. Rooms are always clean and inviting.

Restaurant rocks! The manager always takes care of anything I’ve requested, food is always good regardless of what I get. I’ve tried the tacos, wings, and the pizza. Nothing disappointing but yummyiness .

The hotel was still under construction to become a Holiday Inn Express while I stayed here.

My room however was completed and very nice. Modern style like your typical HIE. Plenty of outlets and my favorite black out curtains.

Staff was extremely friendly and inviting.

No fitness center available until the remodel is done which was unfortunate but understandable.

Blown away. We were very hesitant driving up with the construction zone outside at night but it has been one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The sweet lady who checked us in was so fast and wonderful. Our room is spotless and beautiful and just NICE. We’ve had a long long day and the bed is so comfy. The pillows are heaven. And there are USB ports for charging your devices everywhere. I cannot recommend this place more.

The hotel is under construction and if you judge from the outside then your missing out cause the rooms are super nice and very clean. There is a vanity in the room, a couch, desk, microwave, fridge, Keurig and of course a bed but a very COMFORTABLE bed. The staff seem really nice. This is my go to.

This was a nice hotel with a bar and really great staff. Everything was clean and the bathrooms are spacious with good light. The breakfast was good. There is a convenience shop where you can get toiletries food and beer in the lobby.

It has been interesting how much of a litmus test covid-19 is for hotels. Some hotels have cut their service due to the threat of bankruptcy, and it almost feels like a war zone or funeral staying there. This Holiday Inn staff manages to not fall into that category, and is some of the warmest and friendliest staff that I have interacted with recently. The properly appears fairly new, with ample room, perfect blackout shades, and a mini fridge with microwave in every room. The on-site restaurant is currently closed due to the status quo, but I had some of their takeout, and it was pretty good. I'll be staying here the next time I'm in the area.
