Bought my car back in Feb from Brandon at the Hixson location. Had to take it to the mechanic and didn't get to drive it for a month. They had to replace the entire timing system because the timing chain was about to snap. Replace the water pump, fuel pump, and map sensor. The warenty I was told I had refused to pay for any of it saying the car should have never been sold to me. Brandon had to pay the mechanic and still owe him 200$ for the fuel pump. Now my transmission is going out and many other things. The mechanic won't work on my car due to 320 auto not paying him and warranty won't pay to fix anything and it's impossible to get anybody to answer the phone!!!

I was sold a truck under the impression that it was in decent enough shape to be running, and the dealer signed a paper saying that NOTHING WAS WRONG with the vehicle. 2 hours later the check engine light came on and I had it diagnosed by a mechanic. It turns out that the truck needed at least 2 grand I. Repairs. After multiple calls and conversations with the owner, he advised me to take it to his mechanic and have it looked at. Once his mechanic told him what was wrong with it, he avoided my phone calls and messages and will not communicate with me, today he had his salesman tell me that they would not be paying to have any repairs done. 3:20 auto cars are junk, I would like for you to learn from my mistakes and not buy anything from either one of these lots to avoid the problems that I’ve had.

I recently purchased a 2016 Chevy Impala from Brandon. The car had never been serviced or checked by in house mechanic. Was told car had no mechanical issues. And ran perfectly. And that all was needed was repair to passenger side front bumper. And reduce price by $1,000 to cover that repair. But when I had my mechanic check the vehicle there was numerous problems with running of vehicle to be fixed. The owner Brandon only agreed to pay for oil change. Leaving me with a car needing about $500 in repairs. This dealership does not sell quality cars. I would not recommend this dealership.

Literally sold me a car and a month in I have to get a completely new motor and find out that part of my dash was just a plastic covering they put on to avoid fixing it. Not worth spending your money here

Vehicle was bought in Cleveland Tennessee from 320 Auto. Vehicle driven 3 weeks .Vehicle has been at 2 Auto mechanic shops , now at the Kia dealership. Diagnosis at blown engine , so called warranty through Secure one will only pay 5000 for Repairs. Now overr 2000 dollars left to fix. Ownership states , sold as is , under new management and cannot be held responsible for what was sold to anyone before.

I was going to buy the caravan from these ppl and was giving them my vehicle as a trade on for $4000 then everything was going great til they asked for the down payment of 1200 which would have been 5200 down payment for a used vehicle and payoff was going to be 16000 I told them never mind and the vehicle was making noises already and they told
W everything is good with the van but I don’t trust these ppl
