The Kids Dentist

I did a lot of research in trying to find a nice dentist for my daughter, as I remember as a kid not having the best experiences which left me feeling anxious about going. This office is by far the best of the best. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. The hygienists are super nice. We’ve seen a few of the dentist and they all are great. I appreciate that they come out to talk personally about your child and keep you updated on what’s happening and where they are going from there. The office is super clean! I wish they had an office like this when I was growing up.

Excellent kids dentist! Very patient, understanding, and kind. Phenomenal staff clearly have lots of experience working with kids of all ages. My 2 year old who always fights having his teeth brushed actually seemed to enjoy the visit overall especially with the train driving around the ceiling and the fish tanks. I would recommend them to anyone!

My 3 year old and I were warmly greeted and we enjoyed sitting in the colorful waiting room while watching the train go by overhead. The hygienist was amazing with Aurelia. She taught her how to brush her teeth using the stuffed toy monkey with gigantic teeth. Then she explained to me what would happen next. We met Dr. Casey. He was very kind and you could tell he was very gifted with children. He gave me several options for treatment. I felt he gave me a very good explanation the situation but ultimately let me decide. Amazing experience as a first time mom with a 3.5 year old and a 2 year old for their first appointment. I had no idea what to expect or how my children would actually handle it. As soon as we walked in the kids started having fun. The staff made the experience fun for them throughout the entire process. So impressed and the kids can’t wait to go back!

Great experience for myself and my 2.5 year old! He had fun getting his teeth cleaned and I felt he was safe in their care! They also gave us great teeth hygiene knowledge!

Dr Scheinthal and her team are amazing! She explained everything clearly to me and my kids, and made sure my children felt comfortable. She is incredibly knowledgeable and very caring.

Today was my son’s first dentist appointment and I am so glad we chose The Kid’s Dentist. The atmosphere was so colorful and bright! My 3 year old loved the train that went through the whole clinic. The staff was so knowledgeable with how to talk to toddlers, and they knew how to keep him interested, without being afraid of all the cleaning supplies! Dr. Dentino was so friendly! He made us, especially my 3 y.o feel at ease. I was very impressed by this dental clinic & even more, the amazing staff! Thank you all so much!

Extremely child friendly. Staff was very friendly with my kids. I have 2 toddler who are super active so sometimes they can be all over the place but everyone from the other parents to the staff was very friendly. It was a welcoming environment. Highly recommended for children!

Our primary dentist refers my 7 year old to The Kids Dentist when dental procedures are required. He has had 2 caps and 3-4 fillings done there. They are AMAZING! The Staff is the friendliest I have ever met! They really make scared children feel as comfortable as possible. If anything hurts throughout the process, they change what they are doing to keep it a positive experience. They use terms that are kid-friendly. Pretty sure my son doesn’t realize they use a needle! I highly recommend them!

Top Notch. Best of the best. Had a dental emergency with my 3-year old and they saw us same day, and we weren't even a patient yet (just moved to WI from AZ). We needed to have the tooth pulled and the laughing gas and novocaine was handled so delicately, my daughter didn't even notice what was going on (shout out to Bluey playing on the ceiling). Not only is the environment all for the kids, but the staff was really authentic and exceptional with the kids. We went back for a normal appointment and my toddler did her entire cleaning and x-rays without mom because she felt that comfortable.

Fantastic experience! All the staff members were wonderful with my son. I’m so glad I found such an awesome dental office. We will be going back. I highly recommend this practice.

This was such a great first dental visit for our 2.5 year old! Everyone at the office was so kind and efficient. The office was such a fun environment to be in. Dr. Goodell exceeded our expectations and made our son feel SO comfortable, he had such a fun time and we look forward to visits in the future.

We had a great experience at The Kids Dentist in Mequon! Dr. Dentino was very friendly and helped my 1 year old daughter warm up quickly. He explained the process of what he was checking for and going to do before hand which was very reassuring to me. The front desk staff was very pleasant in person and over the phone. The train that goes through the waiting room was a huge hit too! I would recommend Dr. Dentino to anyone with a little one needing their first dental check up!

We just moved here and was so nervous to find a new dentist. My son is special needs and it takes him a while to get used to new people. The kids dentist was amazing from the moment we walked in the door to the time we left. They talked to my children in words they understood and made them happy to be at the dentist. They made my son feel so amazing about being at the dentist. We left our appointment 4 hours ago and my kids are still talking about how amazing and wonderful the people and office was! I can’t even express how happy I am to finally be able to take him to the dentist and him wanting to go!!! Thank you!

We brought my 2.5 year old son in for his first visit and were so impressed! We had a little meeting with his hygienist before his cleaning where she went over some basic things which was really helpful (positioning for brushing, flossing, snack and drink habits, etc.). Every staff member we interacted with was so friendly and patient. Our son must have felt so at ease that he actually sat in the chair for the first half of his cleaning! We'll definitely be back.

The atmosphere was amazing. A totally fun place for my 20 month old to walk into. Every person we interacted with knew how to work with kids-from the reception workers, the hygienist, to the dentist-all great! They were patient with my daughter, flexible and made sure I had a good understand if on everything. I highly recommend this practice to help your child enjoy dental care and develop great habits!!

If I could give them 20 stars I would. I was so anxious the doctor immediately put me at ease this is the 8th dentist office I have taken my son to and we are here to stay! The whole staff is amazing there! Best experience I have had in years!

It was my son's first visit at The Kids Dentist. Dr. Friedman and staff were very professional. She went over everything and answered all my questions. My son was very comfortable and had a positive experience.

First time visit for my kids and I was SO impressed. Not only are they amazing with children but they also took the time to talk to me about their teeth health and what to expect. Even the office itself is so kid-friendly. Lots of little touches that make all feel welcome. My daughter left and said her visit was “epic”!
