My son purchased the vehicle.
And we test drove it, we live an hour away.
We got 20 minutes from home and it broke down. Dave was very nice.
And he took care of everything, tow bill and had it fixed We then went and picked it back up. Not even a month later, it breaks down again. It was only the starter. It happens by no fault of no one and Dave. The owner again took care of everything What a nice caring guy and did it out of the kindness of his heart.

Great experience, was I totally painless loan application with quick approval with decent terms. We were driving our new car home in no time. Of course was given upsell on warranty but it wasn't a hard push so we appreciated that. So far car is amazing. We're happy customers.

Just purchased a 2015 Cruze from Chris and he was awesome through the whole process. Even threw in a brand new set of winter tires and the summer tires have at least half tread. I really enjoyed the family atmosphere and the non pushy sales that you get at most car dealers. Definitely recommend buying a car here!

I live in Green Bay but found a good deal on a vehicle here. They were great about working with us over the phone to handle everything so we would only have to make one trip out there. We did find one electrical problem, but it was late and they agreed we could come back for them to repair it at no charge. Thankfully it was only a blown fuse I replaced myself, but the offer to make it right was appreciated.

BUYER BEWARE, SEE EDIT! Had a great experience with Hometown Motors in Febuary went in with a down payment and not a lot of time they still let us test drive a couple vehicles with no pressure at all, we decided on one and Chris worked with us to secure the loan with ease. Before pickup they even gave it a carwash and oil change. EDIT: WATCH YOUR WARRANTY!! Hometown Motors sold me an extended warranty for up to 100,000 miles on my yellow purchase sheet but when I received the warranty information sheet it was only a wrapped warranty for up to about 30,000 miles past the current odometer reading. I did not discover this until it was too late. I should've realized what was happening when they rushed me through signing.

As soon as Cody and I walked in Chris helped us. Chris is amazing and the 2015 Chrysler Trek is the greatest deal I have found. I love this vehicle and the service was straight forward, easy, and fast. They where not sharks coming in for the kill with a sharp smile they where laid back and ready to answer any question you had. I would recommend it to everyone. It saddens me to see the one stars, I have no idea what happened but not the experience I had. 😁

Purchased a vehicle here in 2012 and it was a good experience; friendly guys, quick and easy service. I also purchased an extended warranty that was misplaced recently. Called Chris today and he quickly looked it up and emailed a copy to me. What an awesome guy--quick and kind service! Highly recommend these guys!

These folks are great in out with getting a loan. They are kind and friendly. They are looking for a van for me. My brother bought a truck from them.
