Hampton Inn & Suites Lake Jackson-Clute

Staff has always been welcoming when we had stayed here. Pool area was clean and it is a decent size. Breakfast options are good. There was something for everyone in the family to enjoy. Pets are welcome for a fee so we loved that we could bring our small dog with us on our little family Vaca. There is an area in the back to walk them. Parking area is well lit and the hotel is not too far from Surfside beach. The rooms could use some updating as they are a bit dark. Carpet through out the hotel also needs to be changed out but that didn't impact our stay. We slept well.

Monique at the front desk is a value add in addition to spacious floor plans.
Pet friendly and has 2 Tesla destination (overnight) chargers.

The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. The Big thing is the shower! OMG it has been a long time since I had a hotel shower that wasn't a disappointment. The shower in my room was awesome - lots of hot water and lots of pressure for a good spray. Fantastic!

We had a wonderful stay at the Hampton inn. Our room was clean and cold and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was wonderful with many extra toppings that you don't normally have which would include caramel and chocolate syrups for the waffles whipped cream cranberries for your oatmeal lots and lots of options! The lady Barbara who handles the food was very sweet, courteous and helpful. The front desk people, Coty and Julie, that I met were both very friendly and welcoming.
We were very appreciative that are too beloved shelties were also welcome! 🐕❤

Location was perfect. They allow pets which is a huge plus for our senior pup. The hotel itself was clean and the staff was kind. BUT let me tell you about Miss Julie at the front desk...She was extremely kind, helpful, and accommodating. I ran out of feminine products, and they didn't have any up front, so she went out of her way and gave me some from her personal stash in her purse!! She didn't have to, but she did. She was awesome and really helped me out until I could get to the store. Thanks Julie! You are a rockstar!!

Thanks Hampton Inn Lake Jackson/Clute for making our stay great. Julie, Coty, and Lydia were very helpful and thanks to the friendly kitchen ladies. The manager was the only rude one that I interacted with but she’s not impacting my review. The front staff were very accommodating. The outdoor hot tub was a relaxing way to end the day.

The rooms were very clean & comfortable. Everyone we met was very professional, especially Monique & Lydia. They were so kind & always had a smile on their face & such kind words to say & always willing to help. They were always (especially Lydia) complimenting my 82 years old Mother on her "beautiful colorful clothes". That maked her feel good, which in turn made me feel very good. Loved everything about the stay here. We have family in the area & definitely will be back.

The fridge in the room makes too much noise that’s the only bad thing i can say they are nice and very good service

Great Place to stay! No complaints at all. Everything was clean, everything worked, Everyone was nice, I will be back. Easy access, close to quite a few great restaurants and shopping. I had a great room and had absolutely no issues.

I have been in this property twice already and I can say I've enjoyed my stay there. Everyone is super nice, and the housekeepers did a great job when they tidied up the room. I had a minor incident in the bathroom, one of the lamps fell off the ceiling, but front desk and maintenance took care of it immediately and their response was just great, they handled it very good. Front desk offered me to move to another room but I didn't think it wasnecessary. I definitely recommend this hotel if you are ever in the area, continental breakfast is free, and the wifi is pretty good. I went down to business center and the computers are easy to access and it has printers as well. One of the nice things about it is that you need you room key to access the business center which prevents non guest from using it. The only thing I thought was missing was the digital key! And I hope they integrate it soon.

Property was clean and staff was professional, warm and friendly, and all of our questions involving our large wedding group were answered.

Not one complaint was registered with me out of 26 rooms. That is an achievement.

I checked in even after the hotel had no hot water. Due to a boiler issue it was still a pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating and if course it was quiet and peaceful because everyone checked out

Hannah was very quick to get me checked in and was on top of it!

I have had less than satisfactory service at some Hampton Inns, but this one was great! I will give a 5 even tho I had 1 complaint. The night clerk told us check out was at noon...and I assume it to be so yet, however the front desk and maid service called and knocked on the door a number of times beginning around 11:15. It didn't tarnish my stay so it isn't worth mentioning other than for informational purposes.

Had to visit for a funeral. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Great referral for breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable.

Love this hotel, the rooms are always nice they have a pool and a gym and everything they even have this little section in the front where you can get snacks anytime of the day and the workers are really nice
