I had an exceptional experience with BMO in Milwaukee on water street, and in particular, with Miss Yvette and her team. Miss Yvette went above and beyond my expectations to assist me with various financial matter. Her professionalism, prompt responses, and dedication were truly remarkable.

My experience with BMO Harris bank was phenomenal! From security to accountants this place is amazing. I'd personally like to thank "Angelica Grant" for all her care and advice with opening my accounts and customer service. I would recommend doing business with them immediately, you won't regret it!

It may seem odd to write a review for a bank. This BMO location, like most of the others, is simply a full service bank providing all of the typical banking services. However, at Christmas time, they turn the lobby into a special Christmas display that is not only impressive, it is large and free to everyone. During the period when this is displayed, the lobby doors are open even when the actual banking services are not available. The display changes every year and it is not your typical wreaths and trees; this is worth stopping to see. The bank is handicap accessible but, until the parking structure is completed, parking may be a bit difficult (it is downtown after all).

Banker Faith-Ann was friendly , thorough and informative. The bank is clean, nice location. A bit understaffed however.

Tellers have been great. Patience is necessary for meeting with “Bankers”

It is extremely difficult to do anything on the website or the app. The only way to get things done is to call customer service. This Review is for BMO Harris as a whole. Other banks are easier to get things done with. And you don't have to submit paperwork to pay Bill's and still have to find a way to pay them because the month + you have waited for them to process anything didn't help.

This location sucks
I went to make the payment of my vehicle and tried to use my debit card. They told me they don't accept debit cards because they don't have a machine to swipe the cards and wanted me instead to use their ATMS and withdraw the money in cash and pay a $5 fee for the transaction.
I wasted money in a parking meter. They have very limited services in this location.

Very disappointed that bmo Harris bank and brokerage takes hours and hours to get back to you. I call again and still takes forever for them to respond. They are overwhelmed/don't care or both. They'll blame it on covid I'm sure but it's horrible customer service. I'm sure other banks/brokerages could do much better. Ooooo Canada

Come to this location every two weeks not a customer but my employer have account with BMO Harris ! Now I’m been here few times cashing my paycheck I was informed to verify my employment and the check like it was a stole n check confused the teller reason was she doesn’t know me! Waste of my time

If you are looking for a quick ATM transaction, be prepared to wait. If you don't have a BMO account, be prepared for $5 transaction fee.
