Taylor was amazing, she was very thorough and gentle! She definitely made the cleaning experience so much better and enjoyable! She was very professional and her chair side manners are outstanding! Definitely recommend Taylor for any hygiene needs!

I can’t say enough good things about this dental office. Top of the line care in a very welcoming office. Exams are very thorough and well documented; you are shown photos of each dental issue; they develop a prioritized plan for care and provide a detailed cost estimate for treatment. Watching my favorite TV show while they’re working definitely reduces anxiety. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend to anyone!! From the office staff, to the dental assistants and Dr Welles….. VERY professional. I am very anxious in dental offices and uncomfortable but Dr Welles really made me feel at ease. His calm demeanor and his willingness to really take the time to work with me and explain everything in detail made my visit a breeze. I started going to Wausau Smiles about 3 years ago after my after my insurance wouldn't fully cover my previous dentist. I was used to personalized service and was initially skeptical that this would be a dental factory, quick I and out.
I'm genuinely pleased I have gone here because I have not lost anything in personalized service and my insurance pay for nearly everything thanks to their reasonable rates.
Just recently I walked in and they were a little busy, While waiting at the desk for about a minute, one of the nice receptionists turned to me and said I was checked in already without even asking for my name. Even though they have many work stations, almost like a factory, all of the individuals who help you are insanely professional and knowledgeable. They're always letting me know why I'm there and what's happening in the process. Afterward, I am told what has been accomplished and what needs to happen in the future.

I loved my experience with Dr. Maddie at Wausau Smiles! She’s an excellent provider that will take care of the health of your mouth while making the whole experience FUN, helping to alleviate any anxieties you may have! 🦷

Friendly staff. Very informative and thorough. Sammy at the scheduling desk was extraordinary at accommodating my busy family schedule and very friendly and professional. Five stars in that department. Jenjen the hygienist was very skilled at handling young children, very accommodating and was great at talking at their level to help them overcome their anxiety. My kids said it was the best dentist experience they've ever had!

Let's be real the view from the clinic is out of this world!! ⛷ ..And the staff plus Dr Welles are a top notch team! The exam chairs are sooo comfy plus you get to watch TV while laying back in the chair! Everyone I encountered ensured I had no questions. Well worth the wait for a new patient appointment ! I have to share my latest cleaning experience. Instead of using metal tools for cleaning they have been using a high pressure water technique. It's not messy, doesn't splatter all over your face. It was very refreshing and I would recommend it for everyone instead of the traditional way of cleaning with metal tools!!

Dr Bushong is a gifted dental surgeon; he repaired my perforated sinus (resulting from a tooth extraction) in very short (emergency) notice, for which I am extremely grateful. His staff is superlative, professional and thorough. Already on Day Two now, I am healing so rapidly that it is testimony to the brilliance of this team, and nothing short of miraculous

Great dentist! The building was great, the TV on the ceiling was cool, and the staff was super friendly and skilled. Jenjen was a great hygienist and even taught me some new things, even though I've been around other dentists for 20 years!

I have extreme dental anxiety and other health issues & Dr. Aaron and his staff always go above and beyond to ensure that I am comfortable. They take the time to listen to your concerns and needs so you feel like you are also part of the team. This is the only place I trust with my dental health. You feel like family when you're here from the moment you're greeting warmly by name, take in the beautiful waiting room space with a beverage bar, and go back to your room with beautiful views. I can't recommend them enough!

Facility is on the 2nd floor. Use 2nd driveway for ground floor access. No judgment. Screen in the corner shows x-rays and TV on ceiling help distract you. Was given all options for informed decision.

This is the best dentist office I have ever been with. Laid back atmosphere. Quality dentists and assistants. They make everything simple to understand. Scheduling visits is a breeze. Who wouldn't want to see a great view of Granite Peak while getting teeth pulled?
