I've been with 6 other carriers over the years and Metro has been the best one. I got excellent phones for free, the best monthly price for the phones and a tablet, and all the sales people are so nice and very helpful. They actually wanted to give me the best price I could get and they did it! I would absolutely recommend Metro by T-Mobile! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I've had 2 times where I had a question with my bill and both times I called and was taken care of right away...the CSRs were very friendly and genuinely seemed to want to fix the problem...and did fix it!! One was "lea" and the other was "rosey10"...both were very sweet, friendly and very helpful!!!

We had excellent service from Shawn. He gave us outstanding customer service when we were setting up a new line for a disabled, elderly person. I'll definitely be using this location again just bc of the customer service alone.
