Cornerstone Animal Hospital

I feel that my Maggie (schnauzer mix) is getting the best of care from Cornerstone Animal Hospital. Very thorough, professional, knowledgable, and loving care. I highly recommend them.
Update: in 2022, my 10 yr old Maggie underwent some very major surgery on her liver and had very inflamed gallbladder removed in the very capable hands of Dr Lauren. Dr Lauren and Cornerstone Staff went above and beyond to care for Maggie. Now six months later, Maggie is doing well and we owe so much thanks to Cornerstone for giving Maggie her life and our happiness back.

Dr. Lauren and the entire Cornerstone staff are some of the best we have worked with. They are caring and compassionate, but beyond that Dr. Lauren was real with us and helped us through a very difficult few months at the end of our senior dog's life. They made him as comfortable as possible every step of the way. We felt total confidence in her treatment plan, and what we were charged was very reasonable. Getting an appointment was never an issue. After having less good experiences with other vets in town we wish in hindsight we would have come to Cornerstone first!

I’ll admit I’ve not taken the time to tend to my animals as much as I should. Dr. Lauren has had more patience than I could ask for. The clinic works around patients schedules to the best of their abilities and take patients feelings of urgency into high regards. Laid back staff and super knowledgeable! I have gone to a couple of vets in town but these people have inspired me to the best fur mom to my babies while I still have the chance.

I have never been disappointed in these people! Some have come and gone, as everyone has life changes and job changes, but their genuine love and attention for our fur babies and us as the humans has always stayed consistent. I'll never forget having to call after-hours late at night, several years ago with my Corgi completely not okay and within 30min of several phone calls and advice from Dr. Lauren, she met us up there immediately and she saved my baby. We have a new Corgi puppy now and we saw a male veterinarian there (I do not remember his name, I'm terrible at that) but I am still just as impressed with the entire staff 🥰 They are so patient and make sure you leave feeling knowledgeable and comfortable

We just moved from Houston to Stephenville and needed a Vet to help our little girl. We found out that they where close where we live. We called got an appointment to see the Vet. The clinic is very professional and the Vet's are fantastic. They took care of our little girl and got her on the road of recovery. I would recommend this Animal hospital to all who need help with their pets. Missy is our little girl and she loves going to the animal hospital.

I've been going to Cornerstone for about 7 years now and I've never met people who love animals more than Dr. Lauren and her vet techs. They remember me and my babies every time I visit and treat them with kindness and compassion. Their receptionist is always warm and smiling, even when they are busy. Love, love, love Cornerstone!

I recently adopted a cat and was recommended this place by a friend so I took her in to get a checkup and everyone was AWESOME! I’m a first time cat owner and they were very patient to answer all my questions and were so kind to both me and my cat and were very affordable! Definitely recommend!

We love Cornerstone and all their team. We’ve been going there with our dogs for 13 years and remain loyal, happy dog parents. We trust them completely with our fur babies. They are loving, gentle, understanding, and kind. Huge fans.

Loved this place!! I have only been once, but I was blown away from the front desk/receptionist Michelle, to the technician, to the doctor. They were friendly and accommodating and most importantly provided good care for my pet.

We have had the best experience with all of our pets here. They have gently helped us through geriatric years and passing of our senior pets, but also helped us welcome new puppies and a kitten. Always warm and happy and loving to all my critters. Dr. Sam and Dr. Lauren are just the best.

Dr. Adams did a wonderful job caring for our elderly dog. She was thorough, knowledgeable and compassionate. Her office staff worked me into their schedule quickly since I thought he may have a life-threatening issue. We will be using Dr. Adams exclusively in the future. Thanks so much!!

I have always had amazing experiences taking our pets to Cornerstone Animal Hospital. The thing I love most about them is they love on and treat our dog as if he were their own. You can genuinely tell that they really love and care for animals. Top notch customer service and pet care. I’ll never take my animals anywhere else!

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Sometimes vets rush through appointments, but Dr. Laura took the time to make sure my cat was comfortable and not too stressed. She explained every step of the appointment and offered multiple treatment options for us.

I'm so glad I found this vet when we got our pup from a shelter. He needed treatment for heartworms, and the staff were happy to talk to us about our options for our pup. He's also gone a couple times for small injuries he's acquired and each time they have been very helpful and even called a few days later to check on him. As most dogs are, mine is always nervous being dropped off, but I know 100% he is in good hands and they make him as comfortable as possible. They immediately greet him and let him sniff their hands before giving him a pet and walking him inside. Thank you Cornerstone for giving us a place we trust for our furbaby!

I absolutely love Cornerstone! the doctors and staff are so loving and caring! Whether I'm running in to pick up pills for my dogs, getting vaccines or check ups, they always have time to talk and answer your questions. They're kind and compassionate. I brought my kitty booger there a few months ago when I thought he was on his last breath and he's reassured me and took good care of him and I think literally brought my kitty back to life a couple times. Dr. Lauren is amazing! She has been taking care of our animals for years and her Dad before her! I trust her in all situations to do what’s right for our fur babies. They are caring and compassionate with even our oldest who is 14 and showing senior signs. Everyone is so attentive and very loving. We love them all!

Absolutely LOVE this place. The care and attention they provide to my pets is superb!! I can't say enough good things about Dr.'s Lauren & Sam, MacKenzie and ALL the great staff. They held my hand through a difficult illness with one of my dogs; and they continue to take excellent care of my other pets. I drive about a hour to see them, but it's totally worth it and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

I love the Veterinarians here! They are professional, kind, caring, compassionate, passionate and highly educated! Their staff is just as wonderful as well. They are fairly priced as well. I'm very glad to have them as my veterinarian for my dogs!

Dr Adams is wonderful. I had an emergency situation. They got me in and she took amazing care of my dogs. She personally took the time to review everything with me and followed up several times and days after.

Had my female heeler mix fixed at Cornerstone. She is anxious and doesn't really like new people and the staff was friendly and helpful and my dog did great!! I called with questions after bringing to my dog home and they were happy to help and did a great job with her. I have made Cornerstone her permanent vet and am happy with my decision.
