The Parking Spot 2

I’ve been a customer of parking spot for over a decade, and most of all those transactions have went very smooth. I ended up having a flat tire upon my near midnight arrival back from a 3 days trip. Rodney was the driver on duty, and he offered tremendous customer service. He was the one who spotted the flat tire before I got off the bus. He went and got an air compressor and wheeled it to my truck and helped fill the tire back up so I could make it out of the parking lot. He offered great conversation and said he also had jump started 2-3 vehicles that day as well. I didn’t expect that assistance, but I am very grateful.

I love this place. I always park here when flying out of town. The drivers are very friendly and courteous. Occasionally I have to wait a bit for the bus to arrive but not often. The budded are clean but occasionally I see that the need some repairs.

I pay in advance and also get an AAA discount.
Spot 2 is usually cheaper than Spot1. The bus ride is a tad bit further by no real time impact in my opinion.

My wife left a package on the shuttle and didn’t realize it until she got home. I called the Parking Spot 2 office and Angela answered. She was very courteous and went above and beyond to contact each driver until she found the package. She got my information and told me where to pick it up. Angela truly puts the customer first. I will definitely continue to use Parking Spot 2 at Hobby Airport!!

Fast and convenient. Attendants are quick and courteous 19 times out of 20. That 1 out of 20 can be a little startling if you’re otherwise use to nice attendants. Anyway, the drivers are always good. Spot Club and the app make getting in and out easy peasy.

I always feel it’s pretty reasonable and good service at the parking spot. We use the open parking. They were fast to pick us up, easy to pick us up on the return. Sometimes they’ll help you load your suitcases. And that’s a big help. I always tip them.

Great place to park with friendly employees. On this particular trip, when I returned home to retrieve my vehicle, it would not start. After a few troubleshooting ideas between me and my friend, we finally decided to see if one of the lot employees could help us out. The lady came out with a big machine, hooked it up, jumped my car, and I was quickly on my way. Was glad to be home after such a long travel day!!

My parking experience at the Parking Spot 2 at Houston Hobby was great. The attendant when I arrived early in the morning was very pleasant giving very good directions to the where I should park. The driver to the airport helped me with my bags on and off. His demeanor was very friendly and pleasant. The Driver on the evening that I returned was equally pleasant and helpful. I had no trouble using the attendant free check out. Especially since I reserved my parking spot ahead of time and pre-paid. It saved me some real money.

I've been using The Parking Spot 2 for years because they have good prices (specials & discounts) and the location is conveniently close to Hobby Airport.

So convenient, I’m never waiting more than 5 minutes for a shuttle. Drivers always are courteous and very helpful getting your luggage on and off. Thank you.

Polite & courteous staff. 24-hour bus route & facility operating schedule. My flight was delayed an hour from LAS (the last flight of the day from LAS to HOU), we didn't land until after 11:00. After waiting for my checked luggage, It was great having transportation to my car at 11:30 at night.

I wish I could give 6. We always use this location and they are always so fast and efficient. Today, however, they went way beyond the call of duty. My husband and I were returning from a trip, RD picked us up so cheerfully. Everything was fine until I realized I didn’t have my car keys. He was so sweet. After dropping us off at our car so we could dig in our bags, he returned to check on us and bring us cold water. We called someone to bring us a spare set of keys. While we waited, everyone was so kind The nice guy at the gate and the friendly girl in the office always responded to us with a smile and a joke and made us feel way less stupid. Efficiency is great, but kindness was the game changer. Thanks guys! We will be back.

This location is by far the fastest and most efficient location ever! Note that they only have uncovered, which I love because you always get dropped off sooner when they don’t have to navigate as big of an area. 9 times out of 10, we leave the airport and walk right on to a shuttle. The other 1/10 times, it takes less than 5 minutes. Best location!

Great online reservations and easy check out within the app. Never had to wait more than about 5 min for shuttle. Usually the shuttle is there or driving up as we have exited the airport recently.

Best prices, more convenient than any other parking in the area. I can drop off and hop a ride to the terminal faster than I can park and walk in. Special thanks to Chastity R for a quick check out the last time I parked!

They always pick you up quickly at both ends and help with your luggage

Courteous bus drivers helped me to pick up the bags when I parked my car and also helped me load them in my car while departing from the parking lot.

We had a great experience with them this past weekend. Everyone was friendly, conveniently close to the airport and reasonably priced. The bus driver even gives you a card with your parking spot written so you never have to worry about trying to remember where you parked when you get back. The whole process was very smooth which was a relief since we had a very early flight out. I highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

Parking spot 2 at Hobby is my go-to. The staff are attentive, friendly, professional. I never have to wait for long to get picked up.
