This store has everything! Hardware, paint, Stihl authorized dealer, all kinds of tools, household cleaning items, electrical wire, and the list goes on and on.

I hadn't been to the store in 25 yrs. I definitely won't wait that long to go back. Everyone in the store is super nice and helpful.

Greg is a great person! Every time I come here he helps so much and is super knowledgeable. Makes each trip fast and a great experience.

I like this Ace Hardware store on Telephone Road. The store is staffed with friendly and helpful associates. I went in to browse and look at string trimmers. I was greeted when I walked in.

They offer a sharpening service (see photo). There is a propane tank refueling station. You can have keys made. They have a nice line of Stihl power tools.

This hardware store lives up to the Ace advertising jingo.

Wonderful young man helped me find tomato cage holders. Super pleasant and mannerable. This is the kind of store I grew up visiting. Kinda old fashion feel but more things to see and buy than I had imagined. Love this store

Don't bother if they're within 30-40 minutes within closing. They'll be open, but done for the day and no longer worried about customer service at all.

Definitely my go to place to fill up propane tanks. Also while there Alma is the #1 in customer satisfaction! Will recommend to all my acquaintances.

Great store always have what i’m looking for . Also great customer service from the workers to the cashiers , i believe her name is Melanie shes new but shes getting a real good hang of it .

Friendly staff is eager to assist if needed. Store isn't cluttered, despite having nearly every extremely random item I've ever needed. Always clean and not run down on any level. They're putting in an obvious and highly successful effort into running a quality business here. Stands out as more than just a hardware store.

I went to other hard ware stores in the Houston but this is the only store I been to where the staff was helpful and friendly. This places has everything you will need, I dont bother going to home depot anymore cause they never have anything in stock anyway. Go to Ace if you want great service!

All seemed very helpful! Walked in the door and was asked 5 times had I been helped yet so yeah this place was very busy but can probably help you find what you need or help you find it in store or elsewhere.

This is the best hardware store ever! It reminds me of the old world neighborhood hardware stores; they have everything! Best part about this store is the staff! They are helpful, knowledgeable and funny! If you need to fix the 'whats-em-a-call-it' or the doohickey, go talk with BB - her passion for everything fixable is palpable and her knowledge is superior! What I really like is that they do not try to sell you stuff! No Pressure!
Prices are higher than in those box stores, but I want to get the service, knowledge and ideas ACE staff give. I actually look for stuff that is malfunctioning, so I can go to my favorite ACE!

It was the middle of the crazy freeze we had and of course pipe were bursting All Over Texas with no electricity and no water and all the things that we take for granted. The people at Ace Hardware were kind and even though there was a line to come in they didn't let you stay in line without explaining what was available and what was not! That showed they appreciated not your business but your time to stand in line!

Since local hardware store with a gazillion items in a small package. Just what an Ace Hardware store should be. So far they’ve always had what I’ve needed.
