ERIK'S - Bike Board Ski

They were so helpful and quick. I walked in to ask for help with my new bikes brakes. The bike mechanic fixed them and added air to my tires before I requested that he check my tires. Friendly, fast, great service!

The team is always great and ready to help! Feels like walking into a friend’s garage every time. They’re ready to help, share some advice, and they ask the right questions while getting you exactly what you want/need.
Even with only one mechanic on hand they had my new brake cables installed in less than a day. Huge thanks to their whole team!

They were very helpful and giving me advice on how I can improve my E bike. They fixed my tire and replaced my bike inner-tube. A great experience.

I had a warranty issue with an Aventon ebike that I bought elsewhere. The guys at Erik's took care of it, and we're very pleasant. Aventon on the other hand, was a nightmare to get anything done. Milwaukee Eastside Erik's: overall thumbs up.

My tire went flat riding home from work and I walked it to over 15 minutes before close. I thought I’d have to pick it up the next day or so but Charles fixed it immediately and I was on my way within 10 minutes. Thanks for the great service!

I came in to Erik's to fix a flat tire and some issues with brakes and alignment. The team replaced the tubes in my tires, aligned my tires, and got my brakes working again. The service was great - quick, thorough, and affordable!

Benjamin provided absolutely positively excellent customer service. Even though the only one in store, he made it a priority, without me asking, to immediately replace my tube and explain the service plan which I chose to buy. 5 ⭐

Great service! This is the first bike purchase that I feel fully confident about. We were lucky to have Marissa from the Whitefish Bay store to help us out. She was extremely knowledgeable. Go see her, you won't be disappointed.

Someone destroyed my bike. I brought it in and asked what they could do with it. Magically, they had just bought my exact 23 year old bike and were able to save me hundreds by stipping my old bike of its bell, baskets, lights, and all to this used bike and it saved it saved over $200 if I had tried to fix my original bike.

The people were so nice and helpful. I'm disabled so they took it off my bike rack and loaded the new and stripped old bike onto my bike rack, they spent a lot of time helping when they had to adjust the rack. Also, Erik's held onto my bike for 10 days no charge, when I couldn't pick my bike up right away.

They had what I wanted in stock. I ordered online and pedaled over to pick it up the next day. The location is superb (right off the Oak Leaf) and the staff is awesome!

Over the past months I decided to save for an E-Bike and the folks here have been a great help. Able to have a conversation with guys who knew what they were talking about regarding which bike would be best for me. Overall great experience from just asking questions to riding out of the store confident in my purchase. 👍

Many thanks for the expertise, professionalism, and skllls of Sam. He was able to fix my flat tire on the spot when I brought it in. I appreciate him being honest and saying the tire wasn’t damaged enough to warrant buying a new tire. The safety of the tire was intact. Just getting a new tube was justified. Sam also noticed my brakes were loose and asked if that’s how I like them. I said not really so he also tightened my breaks. He noticed the back break was gummy and said they can deal with that when I bring the bike in to be tuned and cleaned up. THANKS for providing honest, professional, and extremely speedy service. Sam is a great bike professional!!

Great experience buying my first bike at Erik’s. The staff was kind and they took the time to answer all of my questions and explain what bikes would be best for me. They made sure I had everything I needed and I left the same day with the bike I wanted. The prices were reasonable and I will definitely be back for all of my other bike needs. 10/10 service!

Replaced a flat tire in no time and aired up both tires for the first ride of the season. Great customer service who acknowledged I stepped into the store and they were quick to at least tell me it would be a short wait till I could receive service!
