Freedom Park

Nice park with excellent sport complex. Also has a great trail for biking/running/walking. At the end of the trail you will get to the river and a bridge that connects to the other side of the river were the trail continues.

growing up right around the corner from this park I drove by quite a lot but never had a chance to stop by. Recently I just got a new puppy and I am slowly socializing her (and it was pretty quiet between Christmas and New Year’s ) which made it great to walk in a quiet open clean space with my pup. Plenty of parking and lots of space to sit and chill in the shade. I will definitely be walking my pup here more often in the future!

Beautiful park. Love the memorial tower. It makes a great landmark for the area. You really should visit the tower.

like this park a lot. My only complaint would be that there isn't a lot of shaded area to sit when it's hot and sunny in the summertime. It's definitely family friendly for all ages,has plenty of parking and a beautiful view.
well worth a visit. Either for your cardio needs when you want to incorporate the outdoor elements or for family fun

It is nice a place to get together with a family and play some baseball or even walk around the area with your dog. They have bleachersto sit at, inside and outside the fencing. The pitch is decent, and the size are decent as well. You would have to make it out here fast, first come, first serve. And believe me, it gets packed.

Excellent Sports Field complex. To access the Bush Park Reservoir Bayou Trails from this side of Westheimer Parkway, veer to the right and follow the paved path. This direction will take You all the way out past 99.

There's a massive embankment improvement project underway out there. When finished, the Trails go even farther. An amazing journey and a site to behold! Enjoy!

Best traveled by bike if going the distance!

Great place if you call baseball. No playground area just a spot for baseball. Do not leave valuables in your car at this park unless you want them to disappear.

Great place to play some baseball! Also they have batting cages that they keep unlocked, so great place to get some swings! They keep the lights on at night as well!

It’s wonderful place , huge parking lot and different playgrounds & Baseball, first time I stopped there and enjoyed to stay there!

Was there taking pictures of LUNAR eclipse. Wide open area. Seemed clean and well kept. Hard to tell too much because it was dark. I'll go back in the day to look around more.

A very nice, clean park. Off of Westheimer but not super crowded with lots of traffic. There is a very nice memorial to the armed services here. Worth a stop to visit and pay respects.

Great to play and practice baseball. Also a beautiful bike path and park for the kids hidden behind trees.

Fields are really nice, they have lights mostly every night!

Great biking trail heads to a bayou. Seen snakes on the trail so watch where you step.

Great place to practice softball and soccer . Good illumination .

I went here to play Baseball, and it was great.
