Best Western Galleria Inn & Suites

Great hotel for the price, even better than what you pay for, it has everything you need. Rooms are spacious and tidy. But the best part about this hotel is its employees, super helpful and friendly. Was a long day after the delayed flight and Dede just completely made my day (how is she not a hotel manager yet?)! Very pleased and will be my go to for stays in Houston!

Didi, the assistant manager is an angel! What a blessed this lady. My friends was having a rough moment, lost his flight and phone and she was super helpful and patient and was able to help him out with us on the phone. He is now safe and sound at the airport and about to be back home.

The front desk attendant was very friendly. The ice machine was broken but the front desk had some so that was good. The rooms were very comfortable, I like the fact there was a refrigerator to keep my food cold. I also loved that they had a coffee maker. The free breakfast was wonderful and my kids loved the waffle maker. Im glad they extend the closing time on breakfast another hour on the weekends so we could sleep in late.
However, I think the guest above my room weighed around 400lbs, when they got out of bed it was a loud thud that woke me up. I could hear every step but thats not the hotels fault. I also loved how cold the air conditioning gets. I tend to sleep better when its cold and sometimes other hotels, it just doesn't get that cold. I would definitely stay here again.

What a nice place to stay. Clean, great service. Hands up for Jazz who helped me a lot before my departure and who was a nice person. If I come back to Houston I will try to stay here

We had a fantastic experience with Dee Dee in management who went above & beyond to accommodate us and ensure we got great service and enjoyed our stay. Room was above expectation considering the price. A good value overall.

This hotel is a hidden gem. I've stayed here several times and I'm yet to meet disappointment. The hotel is fairly priced, great location, neat, and the customer service is on point. I highly recommend!

Today will be my 10th day in this hotel. I can honestly say when you stay here you are not just a guest you are considered family. The Managers, Front Desk, and cleaning crew are the nicest people I have had the pleasure to meet. They go above and beyond to ensure you have a positive stay in Houston. I have yet to encounter a roach or any sort of bug/insect in this hotel. Before posting a negative review you also need to take into consideration 1) have I reached out to the hotel staff to remediate this issue ? The majority have not and are just looking for a free stay. Majority of people seem to blame the hotel for any issue that happened outside the premises. People are in and out daily but it is a hotel at the end of the day urs expected. Yes there is an adult store a few blocks away, so what ? If it's not for you then ignore it

Jazz is the best. Switched the room to a higher floor, made us feel great on check in. She's the type who brings energy and shares it with others

I really appreciate that the GM Jaz went above and beyond to assist my family and me on our circumstance that brought us to Houstonn. The staff was very friendly and courteous.

I stayed from Oct 3rd to Oct 9th, kept extending my stay! The hotel workers are amazing! The cleaning lady had the room smelling so fresh & clean! Would definitely recommend and also go back next time I’m in Houston!! 10/10 experience

I was staying there to have hernia surgery down the street. I did not have anyone staying with me to assist me, before or after surgery, and I was from out of the state.

They did EVERYTHING possible to assist me before and after my surgery.
I. E. Room downstairs by side door to parking and even saved my parking spot next to the door when I left.
Always cordial and making sure I was taken care of..... Can't say enough about Ms. J'CINDA & her management skills, she was on top of every detail!

My first time here it was my best experience the two ladies at the front desk was nice. Dede she have a very nice attitude i booked the two rooms for my daughter to celebrate her 16th birthday which is today 8/13 her sleepover at this hotel was a success ....

LOVED it!! We had the jacuzzi room and it works perfectly!! The breakfast was great, and the staff was AMAZING. Todd was really helpful and very sweet. We wished we could've stayed longer.

Mimi, Sherry and DeDe has made our trip so comfortable!!! They took care of us right from the start as we got to the hotel. My wife is a GM at Best Western and even she was impressed with how much they cared about our needs. All I can say is these 2 lady's are the reason why we are staying the extra 3 nights instead of going somewhere else like we planned. If I could leave a 10 star review for yall I would!!!! Sherry and Mimi are AWESOME and make the hotel comfortable 🙏

This is our preferred location to stay whenever we decide to stay in Houston. Staff so welcoming and the rooms are really clean (take my word cause I check EVERYTHING) along with the property itself. Staying here won't be a disappointment. There's a 24 hour store next door. Food locations & shopping strips not far away. It's quiet & a safe environment IMO.

Nice and friendly staff. Willing to be flexible and accommodate customer's needs. Will come back again.

My nights spent here was great. The bed is nice and firm, the room I got was a little small though, next time I’ll upgrade to a larger room. Everything was clean and the front desk was very helpful with anything I needed. The pool is excellent and clean, the breakfast had good coffee and always had fresh food. It was awesome that this location was not a far drive to all the places we wanted to visit in Houston.

We've been staying in this hotel for almost 3 weeks. Hotel staff are so helpful and genial. Especially Katie who is responsibble for the breakfast is so smiling and hospitable. She deserve much better position in the hotel.
We thing hotel maneger is doing her job by love and the result is wonderful. Thanks to all stuff.

another comfortable three-night stay. spending too much time @ MD anderson due to cancer diagnosis, and this BW is relatively close to needed services/providers. hotel is clean, breakfast is more than sufficient, 24-hour coffee and a nice outdoor pool...won't stay elsewhere during my many returning trips to houston.
