I went into Herr, with only one thing in mind to look for and buy. But. I started looking around, and found quite a few more than one thing that I wanted, or needed. So, I began to fill my hands up, and just when I thought I was going to drop everything, one of their staff members came up to me, and asked if he could go ahead and take the things out of my hands and put them up by the register for me. I was so grateful for this act of kindness, that I said oh yes please. He took them up to the counter and a few minutes later, I went up there and paid for them, as I didn't find anything else to buy.

John at the Cleburne location helped me today get a new battery and was the most helpful. I was in and out and he kindly installed it for me. Great employee!

Very helpful. From East Texas, stuck till car gets fixed.
Part had to be special ordered. Told me to call Chevy house. Got it ordered. He could have NOT told me about Chevy house and it would have taken longer and cost more.

I needed a manual for my vehicle I called in advance they said they had one, and they did. I called another place first and they said they had one, I went to buy it but they didn't have one, nor could get me one. No names but the place is on the other side of the street. They always seem to have my parts in stock.

Mo other places had lug studs and nuts for my car but they did.

All the wrks are ready & eagr to hlp. I luv the fact u are not made 2 pay 4 ur order b4 it gets 2 u. They evn offer to acompany u outside to service ur vehicle if u need it.

I have been using O'Reilly's for over 30 years now. Because I am in the vehicle upkeep and repair business I use them several times a week. Good people, good prices, and excellent customer service.

I always use O'Reilly Auto Parts they seem to be a little better than some of them and I get a good price on things friendly service and most of the people really knowledgeable so I got to get the five star because some places I've been in are the pits.

Very helpful. Tested my old alternator and confirmed it was D.O.A.! Made sure the new reconditioned one I purchased had all the necessary brackets insatalled! Only way it could have been a better experience was if they would have done the work while I watched and had a cold beer!

I went to buy a battery for my car and most men at an auto store treat women like they're less equal than they are. The guys at O'Reilly's in Cleburne are so sweet and polite and respectful that I don't dread going to that oreillys. They helped me carry parts for me and made sure I was happy with my visit and of course I am. Will keep going back.
