I originally viewed to different places with this company. They have alot of different locations and amenities to offer! I met with Jordan who was very friendly and knowledgeable! I recently started to renting a property from them and Jordan has been very helpful in making sure the transition has gone as smooth ad possible. As expected there has been a few mirror repairs needed but he has made sure to have a maintenance crew here and get the work done in a fast timely matter! I really appreciate all his help and highly recommend this company to others!

Luke was responsive and hands on with the job that needed to be done within the unit. He made sure to have maintenance out to address issues and also provided a check in ensure completion of the work. Luke has been professional, friendly, and mindful of respecting my home as the maintenance team completed projects.

I truly enjoy my home. Jordan was wonderful. He showed me my new place. The goody bag was pretty. The chocolates were great and the candles. The application process was very simple. I appreciate the fact that Jordan reached out to see if there was any issues. I am grateful and blessed to have my new place.

Jordan from snshn has been nothing but remarkable. He helped me answer all questions and was patient with my kids running around during the walk-through. When we did move in we found a couple things wrong and he responded and got it taken care of in a very timely manner. I highly recommend this company.

The first place wasn't exactly what I was looking for and Jordan was able to meet me that same day again to view an apartment that he thought I would like more and he was right! Shout out to Rick and Tricia! Tricia is a hoot and is great at what she does. She takes care of the little things and schedules maintenance for my apartment. Rick is the man. He comes and fixes lights, smoke detectors and finally…I have a working garage door opener!

SNSHN Management and vicent are very professional and have great communication skills. The inside of the apartment is very spacious and clean.The outside is very neat and clean as well with a lot of space to park your car inside the garage also. Overall the apartment is amazing to live in.
