I recently went on Medicare and needed a supplemental health insurance plan. I had received so many insurance plans in the mail and felt totally lost and confused.

My brother recommended FHK Insurance to me and I'm so GLAD I made the call. Mike Johnson set up a meeting with me, ask some questions to review plans that were best suited for me. My high anxiety level went down to No anxiety at all.

We have had our Medicare needs taken care of for several years thru FHK Insurance. They are experienced, knowledgeable, and very helpful with our questions. We are very pleased with the insurance company with which they have written our coverage. They have a very good staff of employees. Claims are always processed promptly. You can depend on them.

Leigh has been my FHK representative since I have been on Medicare. Every year she calls me to see if I have any updates or concerns and we work together to get the best coverage that is available. FHK is simply the best. From the very beginning about 10 years ago, when I was a brand new potential client and needed to get signed up that same day or miss an important deadline, they jumped through hoops to meet with me and walked me through the entire process. Health insurance is a top priority for me, but choosing the best one was impossible on my own. I met with Jonathan Kravit and his thorough knowledge of each available plan was incredible. But he wasn't just choosing a plan for a customer, he was choosing it specifically for me. I feel as if he is a trusted family member who is and will continue to be watching out for me.

I wanted to change my prescription drug plan for over a year but it just seemed too much of a hassle. I finally called FHK and Alexandra Dougherty made it all happen so easy at quite a bit of savings. She also said she would follow up next year. There is none better than Lee Boswell if you are trying to find the right plan. She is a font of information but able to express it in a succinct and understandable way, and she will recommend the best options(s) that meet your needs. FHK communicates with clients to help them keep up with needed information and appears to have their best interests in mind.
