I've sat with this review for some time, thinking over it, and what i wanted to say. I'm ammending my review for a couple of reasons. First and foremost, and the biggest thing for me, is that I was finally contacted, shortly after my last update. I will still be leaving my original review for transparency.

I'm still incredibly frustrated and hurt with what happened to my family here, but upon reading my review, Clint reached out and acknowledged some of the faults of the organization. He listened to our complaints, without capitulating, without passing the buck, and with no attempt to placate, or make excuses. To me, that one fact is the reason that I'm willing to change this review. Because when met with a furious customer, instead of just ignoring it, or sweeping t under the rug, they were willing to acknowledge their wrongs, and talk about things that could be done differently in the future.

so the bottom line? Me and mine won't be back. but don't be afraid to reach out to this company, if you need help. Everyone makes mistakes, it's the most frustrating part of being human.

It's great that they're a free service, because not only would I not pay to use them, at this point, I wouldn't use them if YOU paid ME to. The counselors don't actually care about the kids, and if you ask for help, they'll just shrug and say "kids are like that". If you express concern with that answer, they'll call CPS on you and report you for "having high expectations". The big boss is a coward, and refuses to reach out to mediate issues with his incompetent staff. All in all, I highly suggest you look elsewhere, if it's at all an option.

And don't believe their "we want to help" performance below for a second, because no one "wanted to hear more about my experience" any of the 4 separate times I called, begging for mediation. I was told each time "I will ask Clint to reach out to you." At 2 weeks in, I gave up.

Extremely unprofessional. Definitely question why this location hires the people that they do. Vicky treats clients terribly and someone needs to do something about this employee.

Bad experience here for the short time my family has visited this location. Vickie is definity an uneducated and unprofessional employee.

Vicky is very unprofessional and should not be working as a counselor. Will be reporting to the state board of counseling.
