I visited the Citgo location on 2920. Let me tell you this was the worst experience of my life! And no one wants to help. I purchased a car wash and the car wash apparently had leaked hydraulic fluid all over the washer sponge. After I came out of the car was I noticed a slime film all over my truck. I went back inside and they said there is nothing they could do and they would not give me any info to Peter (I found out later) the GM. He was very rude and said he would allow me to go back thru the car wash. Why Peter would I want to further damage my vehicle? I filed a police report so my insurance would take the case without questions. After found out they were not a Corporate location(They had told me they were) I contacted the corporate office and a lady named Helene started to Laugh and say well clean it off, Im sorry you don’t just clean it off. Fred the DM begged me not to file a claim. None the Less SAAB Petroleum has the worst customer service around and my vehicle will get fixed!
