My hair really needed some TLC and my stylist Rebekah did a phenomenal job on transforming my hair, she is so friendly and sweet and handled my hair with such gentleness and care. She did exactly what I asked for and went above and beyond thanks to her expertise! I am so happy with how it turned out and it was such a relaxing experience! LOVE LOVE 😍

Kelsey, the owner, is super friendly and you can tell she puts in a lot of work to run a professional, and successful salon that sets the bar high in the Wausau market. She has chosen a great group of stylists to share her mission and vision.

Brooke has been my barber for over three years, and for good reason - - she’s a true professional and owns her craft! She has a wonderful personality and truly cares about her clients. I look forward to my appointments every 2 weeks, it’s a short getaway from my busy schedule, and Brooke makes sure the experience is always great! From her greeting, the haircut, wash, and style it’s always a 10/10. She’s always sure to ask if I like the cut or if there is anything different I would like to try. She has great recommendations and I trust her expertise. I would recommend her to anyone!

Just recently had my hair highlighted by Rebekah and I am obsessed with the color and tone!!! (I am fully blonde and love to be bright and white, while still maintaining some dimension, which she nailed!) She spent time fully understanding what I was looking for and paid full attention to me and my service the entire time I was there. SO happy I found her!!!

I love coming to Sapphire! I have been a customer there for years. The salon is so cute, very clean, and most importantly, the girls that work there are all AMAZING. They are all very skilled and knowledgeable when it comes to anything and everything related to hair. They have all been so helpful, sweet, and are always thorough when explaining things to me whenever I have any questions or want to do something different with my hair. I love that they care SO much about maintaining the health of my hair throughout the many different things I want done to my hair.

Kelsey saved my hair after it was severely damaged. She took the time to understand what had exactly happened and is such a blonde expert that she developed a plan to help me grow my hair back out while staying blonde and keeping it healthy. I cannot say enough amazing this about this wonderful woman. It also helps that we always have something to chat about! Love the new space and can’t wait for my next appointment!

Savannah did an amazing job on my men’s hair cut and beard trim. She is very professional and easy to have a conversation with. Will be back for sure!

Kelsey is absolutely incredible!! I have always had a really hard time finding a stylist that I trust, and someone that is able to help me with my hair goals while managing my thick hair. Dee does AMAZING work! I’ve been going to her for years and always happy . She gave me bangs for the first time and was so frustrated not knowing how to style them so I went back in when they were slow and she took the time to show me without any fuss. But the one thing that really got me was how friendly she was ,which anytime I had gone to a new place before they always made me feel awkward . Love the atmosphere as well as very clean!!!!
