The driver Daryl was very pleasant and personal, worked with me to pick a delivery time that fit both our schedules. I was very impressed and would recommend him and Saia.

Employees were quick to put aside what they were doing to help me load my shipment, which arrived in excellent shape.

Really nice people got us loaded even though my trailer wasn't dock height they were able to figure out a working solution that worked

This is the worst trucking company I've ever delt with. We received multiple shipments each week and this is the only company we have to call to schedule a delivery. You'd think they'd call beforehand, but they don't. I recommend any shipper to please stay clear of this company. They don't even man their terminals.

One of the worst company to work with and receive from. They never deliver on time or have their driver call you when they show up, even when you have called their terminal to have the driver to call before arrival.

This waste a lot my time waiting, very unprofessional, no customer service. I do not understand why you guys can't make a phone call.

Two weeks late on delivery! Costs our company alot of money and problems!
