Hotel Viata

My little family enjoyed our stay at Hotel Viata. The staff was extra nice and a big shout out to Ms. Teri and Drew who really made us feel welcome even though we were sort of country come to town.
Very nice place, bathroom doors don’t offer a lot of privacy but that’s about all we saw that we would have changed. The carpet looked a little rough in our room also. But that’s minor stuff that’s certainly not a deal breaker. Definitely a great place to stay, with excellent staff and service. Would definitely recommend.

We picked this hotel on a whim for a very last minute trip to Austin during SxSW. The hotel was amazing and everyone we encountered was incredibly welcoming. The room was perfect, clean, and felt more cozy than the normal hotel room. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great night's sleep! We will definitely go back to this hotel.

Staff are polite and professional. Around the clock room service and I loved the fact that they have a spa service, well equipped gym and a nice hot tub next to their decent sized pool. I did not get to try their restaurant but will do that next time I’m down there.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Viata! From the front desk, to the restaurant, to the spa, the entire staff was incredible. Everyone exudes happiness and positivity. Thank you for making our stay one to truly remember. If we ever want to do a staycation again, we will come to Hotel Viata!

If you are a bath person, I recommend staying in the Sparrow Suite! Best bathtub ever!

Our stay at Hotel Viata was wonderful. The rooms are super spacious, the views beautiful, and customer service top notch. We were only there one night, so didn't get to enjoy all the hotel has to offer, but look forward to a longer, relaxing stay in the future.

I was here for a workshop. It was not the greatest time of the year to use the pool(December), but it was a beautiful hotel, and I'm sure that pool with the outdoor bar would be great in the summer. Would definitely stay again if I was im the area. The hotel restaurant had good food and a beautiful bar. Wasnt able to check out the court yard while I was there as there seemed to be a few other events and wedding but that also looked beautiful threw the doors. Makes sense it was always reserved, seems like a great spot for a wedding

We recently attended the princesses tea party which had two Encanto princesses along with tea, coffee, drinks and small bites. It was buffet style along with some food tiers on each table. We arrived a bit late and received a table without a set up, however the manager for the catering event kindly set up a tier and helped us feel welcome. Food was of high quality and tasted freshly made. I had expectations of actual tea pots and service for the tables, however due to this being a kids event they do not provide tea pots on the tables which is understandable. Overall kids had a blast, the princesses sang songs and played games with the kids. Towards the end, kids decorated cookies and took pictures with the princesses. The serving staff was courteous and accommodating of all our needs.

We had 5 rooms on the same floor including a suite for our family Christmas gathering and it was the perfect space for all of us. We purchased the Christmas brunch. Food was great. Music could have been better. All in all a great experience.

When you are considering booking, you will ask yourself, is it worth it to stay 15 minutes outside of town? YES. Super nice staff, beautiful and restful hotel. Great experience and would definitely come back when we have a little more time to enjoy the amenities.

The room was amazing. I purchased the Amore package and the room rose petals on floors and bed and a record player was playing Barry White when I arrived in the room. My wife was very pleased.

No complaints here. Good food at the bar and restaurant. Option to self park, 2 complimentary waters and bottle of wine. Room was nice, not as updated as we would have liked but the bathroom was awesome. Very nice shower. Beautiful part of town. We’d stay here again.

This place was a pure joy. We had Tickets to the UT game and decided look for a place a little outside the chaos of Downtown. Hotel Viata was well worth the 15 minute drive. Driving up to the Hotel you feel as if you are entering an Italian Villa. The inside facility was very impressive with similar decor. The room was spacious plus we enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine. The bed and pillows were perfect. We loved the bar area along with the live music. The pool are was spectacular. The bed and pillows were about the best I have ever slept in. Parking was free, which is unheard of. We are planning a return in 3 weeks!

Bank of Texas had a business luncheon & a happy hour later in the day on Wednesday, February 28th at the Austin, Tx location. Kelsey Chandler & her team did a fantastic job setting up & accommodating us. The food was very good. I would definitely recommend them for your event.

Incredible and beautiful hotel. Wonderful front staff and reception. Positive, courtesy, and helpful. The surrounding trees made the view so peaceful and contributed to the aesthetics.

Great for a retreat. Great for being vacation but being close enough to everything you need. Room and staff were amazing.

Location, location, location. Beautiful. And add TOP NOTCH service and food. This is an A++ restaurant and hotel. I will be back one day. We had a wonderful night's sleep. The building itself is gorgeous. Everything was in great condition and very clean. The beds and pillows were fantastic. The bathrooms were huge. I would love to stay there again. The dinner at The Laurel was really good. The steak melted in our mouths. And the server was perfect.

We had a huge four day event here for my work. It was a great hotel and the bar staff was absolutely amazing as was the event staff. The only issue was the young lady at the front desk on 11/19/23 at midnight. I politely asked if they had paper plates and she responded very snarky NO and a friend of mine asked for a water and she bit her head off with a very sharp NO. She was watching her phone and some video was playing loudly and we apparently interrupted that very important video at midnight while she’s being paid. Anywho everything else was wonderful and kudos to this place for just doing things right in the way of customer service! One bad apple won’t make me rate the whole thing poorly! Great work and hats off to everyone Else! The location is serene and peaceful. Only a 18.00 Uber to downtown!

Loved this hotel! Tuscan romantic vibes throughout complete with stunning views of the hill country, especially at sunset. Rooms were spacious, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. Staff were very friendly. On-site Laurel restaurant had a pretty good happy hour. Really enjoyed the cornhole set they had available in the courtyard! There were several fruit infused water stations throughout the hotel, which definitely came in handy in this Texas summer heat. Only small inconvenience was that the jacuzzi was not heated, but it honestly wasn’t a huge deal. Thank you Hotel Viata for an excellent stay and we can’t wait to visit again!

We stayed at Hotel Viata just the two of us. It was clean, smelled good when you walked it, nestled away from the city but not too far! We would stay again and again!
