I use the 83rd St. Chatham location EARLY in the morning, so it's quiet and clean, and I can get in and out quickly.

One of my favorite Planet Fitness. It's always been very clean. Everyone is separated doing there thing. Everyone has there own spray bottle to disinfect their equipment provided by the establishment. They recently got new machines. I miss the old one's but these will suffice for now. The staff is very nice. Majority of the people where maskless.

Compared to other gyms I have never experienced crowding here. It's been rare that a piece of equipment I want to use not be available. My only issue is not being able to have your bag with you on the floor.

If you're independent this is the place for you. If you need support, forget it. No idea if classes are scheduled. Staff does not seem friendly and engaging. You have to be in the know. Bring your own music and headphones.

Great atmosphere and excellent staff.... I don't know if you have any influence on parking however there is not enough handicap parking for us seniors please mention it to owners to help us out.
Actually the lot needs a little sprucing up in front of planet fitness area Thankyou!!! At least add 5-10 handicap spaces if possible.....😉👍

Its rarely crowded and is always clean. The staff is also kind and helpful

Planet Fitness on 95th and Western is wonderful. It's clean and spacious. To me, this location has a lot of equipment that is spaced nicely. The staff is friendly and professional. They are knowledgeable about the equipment. The locker rooms and washrooms are clean. I saw various staff checking equipment and washrooms periodically. In a nutshell, I am very comfortable at this location.

Cleanset gym I've seen. Definitely way cleaner that the 47th street location. Not super dusty like the 47th street location. Employees are super cool, approachable and keep this facility spotless and do a great job of returning the equipment to proper location when members dont. Only down side is some of the guest don't clean the equipment after use, and leave trash behind even though there are numerous trash cans and sign saying wipe equipment after each use. The GM makes the facility a good comfortable, inviting space to encourage coming to exercise. Deserve more credit.

Planet Fitness on 95th & Western is really-really nice! The accessibility is outstanding... No matter what shift you work, you can get in a few workouts a week.
The have a least 2-of every machine, decent areas for free weights & a gazillion exercise bikes & steppers...Great staff.
The only problem I have w/them is- The COMPANY needs to ease the restrictions on payment. I'd love a Black Card
{but I don't have a bank account.}
They're too Ridgid & Restrictive on how you pay them.
But I Love 95th Street Planet Fitness anywho.

I know people have had some weird experiences at Planet Fitness, but that hasn't been the case with me. I really love it here. It's very clean and the staff are very nice. Plenty of treadmills, which is great for me because I primarily go there to run. I pay $22 a month, so I get a bunch of extra stuff, which includes personal training. I also get to bring a guest with me every time I do. I am so happy that I found a great gym at such a low price.

staff is very nice, and I like the atmosphere when I come here at night. Only thing is that I wish it didn't close so early on weekends. Other than that, good for a pf👍 nice new locker rooms too

Love Planet Fitness clean comfortable place to work out! Definitely live up to the ad's Judgement Free Zone! Nobody walking around trying to show off their body or trying to find a hook up like most of these Fitness clubs. Just good workouts clean machines & environment.

Nice and clean gym with a very attentive staff. The gym is open and safe and the staff walks around to ensure that equipment is put back in it's proper place. My only faults with this gym is that years later, the studio space is still unfinished as promised. Also, I am unable to pay to use the tanning bed per tanning session, in order to use them at all I would have to be a black card member. It makes no sense because I have never ever seen anyone use them at all so wouldn't it make sense to let people pay to use it when it's hardly ever used in the first place and they make extra money. It seems like a win win and it would be more convenient for ALL members.

Great mall location and people here are very focused about working out. All body types and skin colors present and good to see everyone improving themselves. Everyone minds their own business and the group trainers are good. Better massage chairs than other locations

Enjoyed my 1st day back in the gym. They are taking the proper Covid precautions. I felt safe. The staff were great. They were very vigilant and made sure that the cleaning stations were fully stocked. They even went the extra mile to clean the spray bottles being used by the customers

Let me tell you about a good gym… THIS ONE! When you go to a gym you expect a few things.. especially during a pandemic. Mask mandate enforced regularly, consistent cleaning, employees on floor and desk to help in which they have very attentive service, cleaning stations at every other machine! Also, many upgrades since a few years ago. This place is just fantastic compared to some other gyms in this area!

I really love this gym 🏋🚴💪 very clean, a lot machines or equipments to workout, the staff is very nice, excellent services, very highly recommend🥰🙌

I recently moved to the area and I love it here! The staff are always lovely and helpful, the facility is clean, the equipment works great, and the cleaning supplies are overly available.
