Studio E Salon & Spa

Studio E Salon and Spa did the hair and makeup for our daughter's wedding at Dillman's Bay Resort in Lac du Flambeau, WI. They arrived when they said they would, worked efficiently and professionally, and the results were fantastic! The stylists were some of the nicest people ever, and such fun! We invited them to stay for the wedding itself, as we were having a great time with them, but alas...they were expected back at the salon.

I can't describe how great it was to work with them, especially given that we were from out-of-town, found them online, and did all the coordination remotely. We were starting to worry about finding a salon that would do on-site work, but it was our lucky day when we came across their web site!

If you are getting married in the Minocqua, WI area and need on-site stylists, please consider Studio E...we highly recommend their services, which were reasonably priced and very high quality! Thank you, Studio E, for being a highlight of the event!

I came here from out of town as part of a wedding party and was super impressed by how professional and affordable this place was! They got through the party's hair and makeup efficiently while still doing every girl justice (we had up to an hour allotted for each of us for every service!). If they did so well on a high-stress, time-sensitive morning, I can't imagine how beautiful independent visits turn out. Thanks for a great experience!

Studio E did an excellent job on my wedding day! Amy was the one who worked her magic on my hair and she was awesome! The rest of my bridal party looked amazing as well! Each space was clean and everyone was so friendly. A great place! 💕

During my first visit to Studio E Salon & Spa, I had a Brazilian Wax appointment with Lexi. She was an absolute delight, understanding, and skilled at ensuring a thorough hair removal. Lexi's friendly and fun demeanor made the whole experience of having a stranger perform a waxing down there feel relaxed and easy-going. I am definitely planning to return to the salon, and without a doubt, I'll be requesting Lexi again!

This place is awesome, I was just in and I could believe in over two years I didn’t review them! I love em, they do such a great job and the place is almost out of a movie! 💛

I love this salon. I have been going here for years for my haircuts and just recently had my first ever facial done. I was treated so well and the person who did my facial was amazing. It was so relaxing and the products made my skin look and feel spectacular. I could just feel the stress melting away and my face was so smooth and soft afterwards. I am definitely going back again to treat myself. We all need a little pampering in our lives and everyone at Studio E always goes above and beyond to always make you look and feel great. Thank you everyone for all you do.

I've now been here twice for a facial with Lexi and both times have been nothing short of amazing! I've had many services from other spas and nothing comes even close to the level of service or the comfortable environment that Lexi provides. I would absolutely recommend visiting if you're looking for a new spot to try - you will NOT be disappointed and I'd bet you'll become a returning customer, just like me!

I’ve been to 3 different salons in Wausau in 5 years. Tara completely exceeded my expectations. She gave me exactly what I wanted, and didn’t shame me for cutting my own hair (due to not trusting anyone else to do it anymore) or for growing my grays out. Probably the best cut I’ve ever gotten, my hair was so soft, and I’m 1000% going to go back. Such a great experience here and worth every penny!!

I had highlights and lowlights done by Amy and Sarah. It was a really enjoyable and fun time with them. The inside of the building is decorated so cool! And both ladies were just fantastic to work with! Will definitely go back for future beauty treatments!

Just last year I started also coming here for getting my hair and my daughter's hair done.
Everything is literally done to perfection!

My bridal party and I loved our experience at Studio E! Everyone did such a nice job handling our hair and makeup. All of the stylists were super sweet, made us feel comfortable and attended to. We had such a fun time :) I would completely recommend Studio E for brides, or anyone just looking for a place to get their hair done. I definitely plan on going back!

Update (6/9/17) - Another fantastic experience! Did something completely different today - new cut/style and color! Wasn't exactly sure what I wanted but talked it over with Amy & Crystal who gave me some ideas and suggestions and we decided together what to do. I LOVE MY NEW LOOK! The color is absolutely amazing and so is the cut. Something I notice every time I'm there is how the staff all work as a team. Everyone is always so positive and upbeat. Today Sara Lynn helped out with my foil and she was great as well. Thank you Studio E!!

Sara always does such a great job on my curly hair- she cuts it exactly how I want it and makes me look like a new woman! Everyone is very friendly who works there and the ambiance is relaxed and comfortable.

I came to studio E after i got a botched haircur at a different place. They were able to get me in that day! The salon is very relaxing, despite me being upset about the previous haircut. They took the time to show me different products amd how to use them to get the most out of my shorter hair.

Had my first hair integration with them, and it was the best decision for my thinning hair! My hair is very thin on top, so this integration human hair piece blends perfectly with my own hair to give a flawless look! Professional, very accommodating and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

An excellent salon, love it here!! Sara is just awesome, I highly recommend her!!!! She always does an amazing job! Great advice (and products)! Amy is highly recommended too, haven't let anyone else cut my son's hair - love it how they actually listen to what you want -very friendly place!

My mom and I went for pedicures and had a wonderful experience. The ladies that did our pedicures were super friendly and easy to talk to. Everything was very clean and they sanitized things frequently. I do wish they had more nail color options, but overall a really good experience.

I took my 3yr daughter there for her 1st hair cut, the ladies were so nice and fun my daughter loved them! They were so patient with getting some knots out of my daughter hair and made the experience so pleasant for us! Definitely will be going back!

Before I found this place (needed someone to do the hair and makeup for my wedding.. They did an excellent job btw!) I was the type of person to only get a hair trim once a year, never color treated, and never wanted to experiment with new looks. Due to bad experiences in the past at other hair salons, I really didnt trust anyone with my hair. Until I met a wonderful lady named AMY! If youre looking for someone who will be honest with you about your hair ideas, she is the lady to go to. I have since had her do all of my trims (way more than once a year :P) highlighted my hair and even gave me the CUTEST bangs. I have truly found a salon that I trust to make me look the best. I will never go any place else.

I ran into an issues planning my wedding where TWO separate vendors cancelled on me for makeup services about a month away from our wedding day. I was able to contact Studio E, who already had 3 other events schedule for makeup services that day, but they were able to squeeze us in (7 of us total). We had to get there early, which was fine since I had plenty of stuff to do anyways. They came to the venue where we were all planning on getting ready anyways, and got through all 7 of us in about 2 hours. Their prices (including travel fee) are so reasonable.
Everyone's makeup looked great! I will mention that if you are planning on doing fake eyelashes (which I did), being some eyelash glue. I put my contacts in after they did my makeup, and I think because of my eyes watering a bit from that (or if you are a crying, and think you might cry at some point during the day) the corner of my fake lashes started coming up. I didn't have any glue, so I just dealt with it but it was annoying. The girls were all so nice and did such a good job, I would suggest using them for you event.
