Needed a large rolling tool box. Wausau location had it in stock. At the desired price.

The guy working in the tool section was helpful. Even got an assist taking to and into my truck.

It's now full and being used. Very happy with the outcome.

Always enjoy Home Depot as friendly service plus a place I enjoy getting many of my summer plants. This year's begonias are still blooming their little hearts out😊

Much of the staff is very helpful and very knowledgeable. I would like to make a personal shout out to the flooring manager for all of their help along the way. Overall the prices are fair and the staff knows how to help you or who to ask. Really loving the new flooring in our house. Everything from flooring to appliances to countertops in our house was purchased through The Home Depot and I love all of it. The trick is to wait for a sale on big ticket items (but that is already known).

5 stars based on my experience with Linda in the Paint Department. She was so knowledgeable and attentive to be sure I was getting what I needed. To be honest, she seemed to know more than I did about what was required for my project. In hindsight, I'd have liked to put the stars on my pallet flags the way they are placed on the American flag. But, all-in-all, I'm really happy with my new lawn decorations! Thanks Linda! The colors are beautifully bright!

We love that Home Depot is a dog friendly business, it allows us to get what we need as we grow into our home and work on training our dog to interact better with people at the same time! The employees at this location are always so friendly and helpful as well.

This is my first stop for most home improvement projects. Every time I go there a team member always asks me if I need help. Each team member is knowledgeable and helpful within their department. Can't go wrong.

Won't shop anywhere else for power tools. We bought a Milwaukee power drill. The sales man, (we don't remember his name,) he has the funny beard, ( he told us that) was so helpful. He educated us on the difference between brushed and brushless tools. He was low pressure, it was fun to shop and learn. We ended up spending $500. Not what we expected when we went in, but it was fun.

We always use the Home Depot over Menards due to one employee - John. He works in appliances in the winter months and lumber in the summer but is very knowledgeable about everything and genuinely someone I'd love to have a beer with. He helped my wife and I pick out a washer dryer when we first moved here and then worked with me to get every piece of lumber for a home project. I'm not a contractor but I had a DIY project for our yard. I was only short only one piece out of nearly 500 pieces for this trellis project and I probably mis-counted. Either way if you go here hunt him down.

Lots of lights in stock. I also like being able to use their website to locate items in the store. Just connect to their wifi and you're golden.

Very helpful staff! The loading zone for the indoor lumber department is really convenient. One of the workers helped us load up and it wasn't until we were leaving that we noticed he was actually off the clock and done for the day! And he still went out of his way to help. Wish I would've got his name, but thank you!

Would like to give a huge kudos to Bill Bailey who has been more than helpful! He possesses great computer skills and is very knowledgeable in the area of doors and kitchen cabinets! His customer
service and follow through is superior!! In this day of staff shortages, it is great to have such a helpful person!!

Just want to share the following regarding Bill Bailey in Designs and Customs for Kitchen and Baths: Bill has done a phenomenal job in assisting us put together a plan for our cabin. He is efficient, informative, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him. The 5 stars are related specifically to his work.

I am in the process of adding an addition to my home, so I went to Home Depot to price out some materials. I worked with Angelina at the Pro-Desk about my immediate need to order windows and doors. Being fully aware of the elonagated times these days for obtaining products, I figured that I would get these first few products ordered.

She was very, very helpful!! She took the time to explain options and considerations that i should take into account before and after I recieve my merchandise. I was going to shop around for the best price, but she earned my business by being professional, knowledgeable, and again, VERY helpful.

I will be going back to see her when I am ready to order flooring, trim, and some other items for my addition.

Ray was very helpful in plumbing along along with other members of their staff Bailey & Alexa were so very helpful with helping load everything in my vehicle. I also had a great customer assist when an item I purchased didn't fit & he went way above & beyond by dropping it off for me on his way home. Such great kindness hopefully I will be able to pay it forward to another soon.

Love how friendly the people are, they always ask if you need assistance, not that the more inexperienced can help much other than locate what your looking for. Theres a nice amount of experienced and knowledgeable workers here who know their stuff, but I wish there was more assistance in the electric section as I was feeling very overwhelmed.

Go in after 4pm and ask for Todd. He'll get you what you need.

Great experience. Rochelle was more than helpful. This will be my go-to store in the future.
