If I could rate higher I would. Dennis and Linda were amazing workers. Dennis helped me for over an hour to make sure I bought just the right boots and insoles for my job at FedEx. He waited extremely patiently for me to pick out just the right boots. I couldn't be anymore satisfied with the service. Linda has a great personality to boot! She bought me a pair of socks to go with the boots as well. So when the service was already perfect she came along and made it even more perfect. Honestly there is no maybe on if I will come back for boots. There is a guarantee that I will show up again and thank you for a amazing experience.

Sales personnel was amazing there for every question with an answer. Very friendly and outgoing. Will be going back for a second pair and recommending to others.

As soon as I walked in the store the lady sales rep looked at my 3 yr old red wing work boots and new instantly they were to big. I had been wearing a 10.5 wide comfortably for yrs and after going through the custom fit process she was correct. I needed a size 11 regular which I have on now. I thought I was comfortable in the wide 10.5.... Great customer service!!! Love this place

Needed new eyelet hooks. Was told the guy who does the repairs has the day off. Mentioned I lived an hour away. They called him an hour later my boots were repaired.

The lady who was in the store was very helpful and friendly. She got me set up with the best shoes to fit my arches and feet along with some inserts for my existing shoes. Can't wait to experience the difference of having shoes for to me instead of just some off the shelf shoe that is wrong. Thanks, you have a shoe buyer for life.

Amazing boots. You get what you pay for high quality premium boots expensive, but once you take into consideration the free lace replacements and free oiling and cleaning well worth the extra price. Measured and watched my stride to get me the best boot. Linda has been fantastic in helping me with finding the right boot along with cleaning and oiling them every month can't recommend her enough fantastic worker and person.

The lady that I sold me my boots is an absolute sweetheart. Very nice. I bought a different boot than I usually buy, because they are the toughest boots Redwing makes. The work I do is very hard on boots. I wore them for a week. My goofy wide feet didn't work in those boots. She happily took them back and sold me another pair of king toes.

Linda was super friendly and helpful. She was quick to the point of figuring out what we need, not trying to upsell us anything or buy anything extra. Best and quickest shoe-buying experience I've had

I have issues finding shoes to fit and the person working was able to quickly see what the issue was before I mentioned. From there is only got better. Did not attempt to up-sell me when I asked if there was anything else I should purchase. Recommended I try the boots as they come first.

Rep was very knowledgeable about the products he gave me serveral choices on what to choose from he also recommended insoles.

I had an excellent experience at the Wausau redwings store on 7-17-19. Store manager Dennis Garton was a great help. I didn’t buy anything this visit but I am sure to be back soon to make my purchases. I recommend to anyone to buy in store rather than online eBay, Amazon, etc. Thank you for the great customer service!

I did end up buying a pair of boots shortly after my first visit. One year later I still love them and they look better than the day I bought them. Went back to the red wing store in Wausau and bought two more pairs of shoes. As always Dennis was a wonderful help. I recommend red wing shoes and the Wausau store to anyone!

Tried on a few more pairs of shoes with Dennis today. Ended up buying one of them with a belt. Red wings are high quality, great looking shoes. Over the years I have been adding to my collection for certain jobs. I still have every pair looking in great shape.

This place really takes care of you before AND after the sale. Best customer service! Great hiking boot selection.

Super helpful staff, who are also funny as heck. Know their stuff, and as usual the Red Wing customer service is why they are 100% worth the extra price. You won't need another boot if you get them (as they'll warrantee things for life), although I've still bought several because I love the products.

Came in from out of town after leaving my shoes back at home, and while they were currently out of my size for anything, the guy drove me across town to another shoe store that closed in 10 minutes then brought me back to my hotel. Excellent customer service
