The owner Jimmy Williams, helps the community by providing work, teaching the art of jui jitsu and he loves JESUS CHRIST. For he has and had helped me when I was homeless living on the streets during the coronavirus.

Lovely business ran by professional couple. A black owned gym, like water in the desert. The exercise classes are fun and upbeat,keeps you motivated. The martial arts instruction is good too. Just dont arrive too early, theres nowhere in the area to wait.

The coach is very engaging and makes sure newcomers understand, while managing the rest of the class. I felt challenged and I learned a lot.
