Dekalb Urgent Care & Wellness Clinic

Everyone was so kind and compassionate! Reception was extremely nice, and I felt heard today, which doesn't happen to me often in other practices. Pricing was also not as bad as expected for a Saturday in an urgent care. Wait time was much less than expected, too! Overall, very happy with today's visit!

So beyond grateful for this urgent care and all of their friendly staff. I was checked in and seen by Ashley very quickly. All of the staff was super friendly and helpful. The facility is beautiful and super clean! 10/10 would recommend to anyone in need.

Ashley and her crew are truly the best. We have been to the clinic for everything from Covid-X-rays-Sprains-Bloodwork-Upper respiratory infections-Lipo B injections…and probably more! Ashley really cares about each patient and wants to help in whatever way seems best. We are grateful to have a provider like her in our community! We always leave the clinics with a smile on our faces!

Amazing caring people from registration, insurance staff, nurses, to doctors. I went to Urgent Care for an injury. Thank you Ms. Jimenez NP for excellent care - you were caring, very knowledgeable, demonstrated friendly - professional bed side manners and took very good care of me. Thank you ladies for going above and beyond for delivering wonderful treatment in a nice clean beautiful environment. Would definitely recommend this facility.

I went in for an emergency with severe pain from a broken tooth (over the weekend with dentists being closed) and this place was excellent! The staff were very kind and helpful and Dr. Ashley Thomas was SO sweet and helpful! I didn’t feel like she cast judgment on me or my tooth situation (which was pretty bad). I was in some unbelievable pain and they treated my pain and gave me everything I needed until I was able to get in with a dentist. Highly recommend!! 💗

DeKalb Urgent Care and Wellness Clinic is a great asset to the Rainsville Area and Northeast Alabama. The Clinic is next level and the whole staff goes way beyond to assure that the patients are treated with the utmost kindness and respect. Patients truly get a professional assessment of their current conditions. Patient care is their number one goal. Everyone that has not experienced DeKalb Urgent Care should.

I was visiting the area from South Alabama. Started having issues with a sore throat, sinuses and a cough. Decided to Visit this office in hopes of heading off my issues getting worse. I experienced great friendly service and received quality care quickly. It took me longer to fill out my paperwork than to get seen, receive 2 shots and get 3 prescriptions. I wish this office was near my home in South Alabama. Thanks Dekalb Urgent Care.

Great friendly service. They really Care about u and ur health. Not only will they help you medically but also spiritually. Ms. Ashley WIgley Thomas has prayed for me more than once when I have asked. Love her so much, she loves Jesus like I do.

Super nice people from the front desk to the care from nurses and staff!!

My husband had a terrible accident and fell onto the ground where he had burned some leaves. We didn’t know how bad they were but as much as we could tell it looked like both palms and his right knee cap. He was in horrible pain. I called my friend Kristy that works at Dekalb Urgent Care and asked if I should take him to the ER or was Ashley equipped to handle burns. She told me Ashley would take good care of him. And did she ever. I cannot say enough good things about Ashley Thomas and her staff. They went above and beyond. It turns out that Ashley Thomas owner/nurse practitioner had worked in the burn unit at UAB for 5 years and had worked in ER as well. She is very knowledgeable and professional and just a wise person. I am so thankful Ashley and her staff were open the day this accident happened. They made us feel calm and well taken care of. I know Ashley prayed for us that day. And I pray God’s blessings on her business. I am thankful for her gifts I know she has touched so many people’s lives in a positive way. Also, we were in and out of there in an hour and 45 minutes. I have been to other places for something minor like a sinus infection, and been about the only person there, and it took longer than that. Thank you Dekalb Urgent Care Staff and Ashley Thomas! I will never forget how good you all were to us that day. You will always be highly favored and recommended in my book!❤

Best urgent clinic experience I've ever had.

My son ended up having croup but they were AMAZING and so patient with him. He’s only two years old so naturally a two year old that is sick is going to be fussy and irritable. They played peek a boo with him and made him feel comfortable. This was hands down the best urgent care I’ve ever been to!

I couldn’t say better things about this group of people. They are professional, intelligent, caring, and so sweet. I went in yesterday because I was feeling horribly sick. Right when I walked in the door there was two lovely ladies at the front. They greeted me in a very friendly manner. I didn’t wait a long time before I was called. Kellie Keeble took me back, VERY nice lady that took my blood pressure and gave me my shots Ect.. Ashley Thomas, Owner/Nurse Practitioner, then came in the room and she never ONCE rushed me. She listened to everything I had to say. I came in feeling so sick with a cold/sinus infection/stomach virus and she took great care of me, the whole staff did! And they sent my prescriptions in very quickly! I will be back again!

I was able to walk right in and see someone as a new patient, everyone was very helpful and professional. The staff is friendly and the visit went well despite me not feeling great. The whole atmosphere is welcoming!
