This is my favorite book store. I come up all the way from Chicago to browse, read staff reviews, enjoy the quite, and make discoveries. I always buy a book, or three. Very nice selection of cookbooks. Excellent Staff reviews of history and current event reading. Terrific collection of jigsaw puzzles. And they gift wrap!

We attended an author event for a picture book. It was fun and interactive, with free donut holes during the book signing. The Book Stall also has a great section of non-book gifts for youth. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

This is a wonderful independent book store. Everyone was very friendly and I felt safe browsing. All of the employees were properly masked and there was plexiglass up to protect both the employees and the customers. They have a huge stock of every kind of book and also carry plenty of book related items. Please support local, small businesses! 💜💙

Are you kidding me with this place? What a gem. The store is adorable, and I was actually really surprised by how much stock they have. Lots of top sellers, but even some lesser known stuff--which gives the place more personality, makes it feel less like walking into Barnes and Noble.

They have a good gift section, too--cute stationary, notebooks, and pencil pouches, etc. The kids section is huge, and I loved that I didn't immediately recognize every single book on display. Plus, there are a lot of autographed copies, which is always fun.

I see a lot of shade being thrown in other reviews for how stand-off-ish the employees are, but I didn't get that vibe at all. I was left alone for a while, and then people talked to me and were friendly when I checked out. I thought the atmosphere was casual, calm, and cozy.

My only complaint is that the gardening section is meh at best. Not many titles, and definitely not many practical planting/flower/fruit and veggie guides. I was surprised that there weren't more gardening coffee table-type books either. I would have thought a store like this would have had a bunch.

No matter. I loved this place, and I will definitely be back with my kids.

Super cozy location and the fact that it's connected to a Peet's Coffee just makes it all the sweeter. Great selection of books and the recommendation/synopsis cards are so helpful! I loved the card and socks selection, and can't wait to give them as gifts.

Sweet local spot with books and crafts for all ages

The Book Stall is a surprisingly large book store. Once going inside, I started to see several different rooms and a terrific selection. I look forward to having it so convenient, and we undoubtedly will be ongoing supporters!

Bookstores and libraries are my two favorite consistent places in the world to visit. The Bookstall is a special place. Anyone who works there is a reader and had opinions on boss to share. The programming this store offers is rich with author visits and book promotions. I love the Bookstall!

Love this independently run bookstore. Saw author William Kent Krueger, bought some books and cards. Highly recommend this place for wide selection and knowledgeable staff. Strong writers read and speak there too. Coffee shop next door.

What a cute place of bookstore and good service. They may be small, but the employees know their selection and can assist their customers better. This place was cool and relaxing while browsing new books.
