Called these guys randomly because I needed a plumber to fix our basement bathroom area. Quick response! After giving them quick rundown of our issues they figured out what was wrong fast. Jay and Randy were very friendly and professional. Jay is a former Marine and has worked in the trade 30+ years. They quickly found other problems we hadn't seen when they were finished with the leak- which didn't take much time either. Our basement is dry already this evening and our toilet fixtures and pipes are solid once again. I couldn't pay them fast enough. They are my plumbers now for life. HIGHLY recommended.

We bought our home in July of this year and water was leaking in the basement from the old cast iron pipe. They came and saw the leaking from the main iron pipe which lead up to the bathroom sink. They were the only ones that actually came to our home to inspect and gave us a price. While everyone else in town gave us an some really extreme prices and that's with out even coming to actually look first to see what the problem was. Plumbers are extremely booked out so it might take a few days before they can come fix the problem but thats with all plumbers. They changed out the pipes from basement, made a few small cuts to the wall to get into the pipes to change them out but no big deal. Great price, great service, very knowledgeable and extremely genuine people. The job was well done and they did a great job. We felt they gave us a great price and did not try to rip us off because we aren't knowledgeable in plumping services. Thank you Jay's Plumbing Service!

Jay has helped my husband and I with a few different plumbing jobs. He's always quick to help. We had even called once for our garbage disposal not working and he helped us fix it over the phone. Here's very honest and trust worthy.

Jay's Plumbing...top notch in all aspects, and then some. Jay and Randy made time at the end of what I'm sure was a very busy day for them, to drive a ways away to replace our water heater. Jay did a nice job, as well as his partner. He took the extra steps to see if a part was available to fix our hot water insinkerator and when he couldn't find it, he found a good price online for one. They were friendly and courteous.

Jay and his helper quickly replaced my water heater after it failed. I gave a call to Jay and he returned my call promptly. I haven't even met the guy and I would recommend his services to anyone.

Jay and Randy replaced my toilet piping, extended it so it would be a standard 12" so it would be easier for me in the future. Randy installed a new toilet and vanity and did a beautiful job! I had so many leaks in my copper pipes that we decided to have all our plumbing replaced with plastic pipes and they replaced my hot water heater also installed a water softener system. All for a for a reasonable price
