Personable, kind, funny, helpful , caring especially to my disabled daughter with autism. That always takes a special person to understand. Steve was a Great Person to Meet and we ALL REALLY LIKED HIM! We left full of SMILES and with FULL STOMACHS!!🩷🩷💕💕

Fast food Italian. Very tasty and fast. We had spaghetti with meat & Lasagna. Tasty bread sticks.

First time at Fazolis and got the lasagna and my husband got salad and spaghette with meat sauce. It was pretty good. And Nancy C was our server. She was the BEST!!!!! So sweet. Asked us multiple times if we were ok.

Lunch special is the bang for your buck. You get 2 lunch-size entrees, a refillable soda, and all-you-can-eat breadsticks. It is definitely worth it it and delicious!!!!

Fazoli's has been a regular stopping place for our family for almost 20 years. Whenever we came over for youth soccer games, we would stop by for an early dinner. Awesome kid friendly food and super friendly service. I forget her name but there was an older lady that would walk around with her basket and hand out those lucious garlic bread sticks. She would always be there when we stopped in, almost felt like she was family. What a special memory. Overall you can't go wrong with a stop at Fazoli's. Strongly recommend.

Maddy was so nice and very kind during our visit. She made sure everyone in the restaurant had fresh breadsticks and said goodbye to everyone as they left. Very kind!

Enjoyed Fazoli's again while shopping in Onalaska. Nancy C. waited on me. She has waited on me before and is always friendly and helpful. She always checks to see if we need more bread sticks and clears our table if we are done. She greets other customers when they are eating and checks to see if they need anything. Thanks Nancy!

Maddy at restaurant #5943 was very friendly and chatty while we ordered. She had a smile on her face no matter where she was in the restaurant- behind the counter, cleaning tables, bringing breadsticks around - always a smile.

Manager and staff were amazing. Took really good care of a men's volleyball team from the University of Jamestown.

Outstanding service!
I was not familiar with the lunch menu specials, but Nancy and Lisa were very accommodating and helped me with the choices.

I have not eaten at Fazoli’s in years, but now I will be back soon!

The new stuffed shells are fresher and tastier than the other Italian restaurants. Absolutely loved them.

Jonna taking orders in the drive thru was a very pleasant person and seemed happy with her job... not to often anymore do we see this in fast food service so it was nice to see someone who cares! Thank u Jonna!

This place is amazing! First off, the manager Stephanie R, was an absolute delight! She always made sure we had what we needed and checking to see if we wanted more bread sticks, which by the way are phenomenal, or anything else we would want! Their menu may look a little pricy, however you recieve more than enough food! I dare any of you try to finish it in one sitting! lol 😊The atmosphere was fun and colorful and the place and very friendly environment! We live 1.5 hrs away but even still I will be coming back here again! 💜💚💙
