Jim 'N Nick's Bar-B-Q

A coworker told me about this place. I'm a big review person. I am so glad I didn't go off of the other reviewer's reviews. This food is awesome. I had the nachos and they were the bomb. The biscuits melted in my mouth. All of the food 😋 is yummy. Def give it a try. Service impeccable. Food was amazing. Super clean. This place is definitely a hidden gem. I would give this place a ten out of ten. I will definitely go back to try other items. My coworkers had the brisket, greens and macaroni and also said how amazing it was.

Update: I ordered yesterday for delivery Mac brisket greens and added the beans. I'm a Nola girl and i know good food. Whoever they have in the kitchen keep em. My food yesterday was amazing!!!!!!

We decided to do a puppy meet up with good friends at Jim and Nicks. The restaurant was set up a little different but it was nice. The staff was so kind to our puppies and they were so attentive. We really enjoyed our time we will be coming back soon!

Today was my first time to plsce an online order. All went well, the food was wonderful, and the young lady that brought out my curbside pickup was awesome. To my surprise? There was an extra $2 impact charge on my bill. What is this for. My bill showed the tax, my tip, and this impact charge. There is nowhere on Jim & Nicks website that shows this. I feel scammed and I want my $2 back. It's only $2, but still I want to know what I'm being charged.

Th last time I ate here was not good at all... On that note, they have done a complete turnaround. The food was great, the service was great, and it was not too busy!

Amazing food, extremely quick greet & food to table. However service was subpar once I was at the table. There should be a better tipping option because I gave $10 at the beginning for just me, then didnt see a server to ask for more sauces and a to go box until I finally got up and went to the bartender. However, my food was absolutely amazing. I even took a dozen muffins home to the fam for a special treat.

Wow! We have been to several Jim and Nick's across the country, and this one is hands down the BEST we have ever visited. Francine came by and checked on us 3 times or more and was SO PRECIOUS and accommodating. The food was DELICIOUS, and I am writing this now just to gather my composure before they tryptophan kicks in. This was the best meal that we have had in Oxford in several months.

This was by far the best Jim N Nicks I have been to! There was a guy there I believe his name was cannon and he was more than perfect! He was nice and helped me with my questions! Also Isaac was welcoming and assisted with the process! I will def return and recommend to everyone I know!

Found this Oxford location on maps while on the way back to SC. I couldn't have picked a better place to stop!! Having never eaten at Jim 'N Nick's, the employee at the counter was very helpful with suggestions. We found a table and quickly received our food. Kaitlyn (hopefully spelled correctly) was fantastic. Told us the history of the restaurant and about different locations. Brought us samples of all the different sauces and some whipped butter for the rolls. She was truly a delight.
Ok.. the FOOD... it was awesome! I'm normally disappointed with my random restaurant choices. Not this time! We ordered 1 plate of pulled pork and marbled brisket with baked beans/mac n cheese and 1 plate of pulled pork and ribs with Mac n cheese and Barbecue corn on the cob.
All the meat had a fantastic smokey flavor. The brisket could be cut with a fork. The pulled pork was great! The sides were good.. especially those baked beans!!
The portions were huge!
As a generally picky person, this was an all around GREAT experience and we will definitely find a Jim 'N Nick's on our next vacation!

First time coming in tonight we all sat at the bar food was amazing the atmosphere over all greeting from beginning to end was awesome.. our bartender Pamela was great all smiles great personality definitely coming back and sitting with her!

Food was delicious as always! But the service was impeccable!! The employees were all very polite and smiling! We had a couple questions that they answered succinctly! Well done managers on a great team!

It was a nice day to sit outside on the patio and have a sandwich! I had the BBQ Pulled Chicken sandwich and it was honest to goodness the most tender chicken I’ve ever had. It was so good. They came and checked on us outside and we had no issues at all! Wonderful food and atmosphere!

I've been in Alabama for a week now and it has been a wonderful experience. But today I was Wow'ed by the service and hospitality I received at Jim N Nick's. This is coming from someone who has over 15 years of experience in the restaurant business. I'll try to make this short. Walking-in you can see the place is clean and employees are working together as a team setting the stage for a great atmosphere. You are quickly acknowledged and greeted with a welcoming smile. I placed my order, the wait was not long at all and the food was hot. I also was pleased to have met the manager whose name is John. It was the busiest part of the day John was hands-on wherever needed while delegating and maintaining a good steady flow of business. Thank you John and Team members at Jim N Nicks for such a wonderful experience. Keep up the good work!! We will be back

Yall this food was so damn good. The service was amazing. The nacho were the best I’ve ever had. The chipotle crème and queso were the best. The catfish was so good and the Mac n cheese and potato salad felt like I was at home. I highly recommend this place. If you’re second guessing definitely try them. I also got a free dessert for my birthday.

Quick service, sweet folks. Ethan checked on us twice during our meal and took good care of us. Kitchen staff must be on a different level because that was the best damn bar-b-que i’ve had in years. Left beyond full and satisfied with smiles on our faces for $49, and my buddy and I have a big appetite.

Had a very pleasant experience at this location. Everyone was super personable and friendly, especially Jen and Lynn! The food was great as well as service. I will definitely be back!

Great place to eat at. Each bartender knows our order, what we drink and everyone treats us like family.

My personal go to is ordering the turkey with mac and cheese, you won’t regret ordering it either.

The BBQ Brisket and Cheese Biscuits were amazing. The Collards were great but a little too salty! And the mix fruit was fresh, crisp, and sweet! Great lunch!!

The pig in the garden salad was good. The ribs were awesome. The collard greens were well seasoned. The deviled eggs were just right and dem cheese biscuits, dem cheese biscuits, dem tings are addictive!!!!!

OMG!!!! Go here!!! Please GO EAT HERE!!! 🥰👌 The brisket sandwich was awesome and the BBQ chicken was great , my daughter loved the smoked BBQ wings so much she didn't speak the whole time lol !!!! The white BBQ sauce is wonderful as well as the baked beans, and cheese muffins!!!! You place your order at the front and pick a seat and the food was at our table before I came bk from the restroom !!!!! THEY ARE PERFECT FOR SURE !!!! MY MEW FAV PLACE !! THANKS YALL!!!!
