Valley Health Hampshire Memorial Hospital Multispecialty Clinic

We have been coming to the Multispecialty Clinic for over 5 years. Excellent care from the receptionist to the Doctor. They care for their patients and listen to the problems, spending the time as needed to get a solution done. Since it’s a part of the Hampshire Hospital, it’s convenient in getting any exrays, Ct Scans or MRI plus any Lab work, or being admitted if necessary. We are so glad that they are here! Keep up the excellent work in caring for your patients!!!

I think Hampshire Multispeciality Clinic is a great place to get primary care and there are a number of specialists you can see there also. Docs are great and their record system, EPIC is fantastic. You can access your own test results, and other doctors in the Valley Health system can see every thing you have had done within that system, which makes for great continuity of care. Romney is very fortunate to have a place like this.

Dr Turnes is first rate. Appointments in reasonable time. Easy access.

Great clinic and great hospital! We live in PA and would rather travel 48 miles to Romney for the excellent care and great doctors and staff at Hampshire Memorial.

Most of my care is out of this facility except for specialists

Waiting area not private, very hard to get in contact with your Doctor.

It’s an ok clinic just don’t like when they do not call me back when needing appointment

I went into with my sick babywho’s puked every thing they have ate today multiple time, and he rarely ever pukes the nurses where great and nice the doctor walks into the room and is only in there long enough to put the stethoscope on him (3min) then tells us we can go ahead and leave without giving us any advice on his hydration or anything to help if he keeps throwing up all his food

I went today about my sore throat and cold. I didn't get my primary doctor so I had another doctor (Physician Assistant) named Missy. She made me feel so bad. She went to do throat swab to test for strep. She jammed it in there like 4 times for 5 sec long and it made me puke. After i did she got all mean and hateful. Would not give me antibiotics, and I asked her about my face acne and she was like your visit is over you have to come back another time. I cried and got upset. The nice lady at front desk gave me a note with RIsk management and a name Liz Ludwig. I could not get ahold of her so i'm posting on here. I am in so much pain and no medicine. Have problems left unanswered. I want to report her. I will not be comnig back here unless I get karen. My name is Katelyn Plum, and im the daughter of Deborah Plum.
