Madison was incredible! Had a slight issue with trying to switch my phone service, but she took care of it. There were quite a few people in the store, but she never lost her cool and she treated every single person like they were the only one there.

Madison was very helpful and got us just what we needed. We came in with a budget and knew what plan we wanted and she didn't try to convince us otherwise, which I really appreciate. She also applied a discount we didn't even know about! I highly recommend!

Wasn’t busy when I went in, took awhile because they had to call customer support a couple times but I got the new phone 15 pro max for a little to nothing when I thought I was going to have to pay half the phone off right there.

Madison at US cellular Romney is the best, she always works to get customer issue resolved in the customer’s favor. The only issue is this location is popular and there is usually quite a wait for service.

All employees had struggled with internet difficulties all day. They were all professional, calm, and tech savvy about completing tasks efficiently without internet access. They steadily and consistently helped the line of customers with little delay.

I have had many great experiences with US Cellular. All the employees have always been kind and patient with me. They always greet me as I walk in and thank me when I leave. They are quick and knowledgeable with what they know. Very well trained.

I am from Maryland in Virginia, looking at land, I was in a jam. I had a Verizon service iphone and reading SOS, no service, and it was gonna be getting dark soon. I had a very kind police officer and get me to your cellular one location and Sarah immediately stepped in to help. She got my GPS working and she told me where I’d be able to pick up service again and got me straight now she got to she gave me a new charge charge set up for my car. My wire was beat up and just just so kind she was just so kind. Thank you, Sarah.

Micaela was so helpful. Had issues with the location settings and she resolved that. Also signed me up for home internet and explained the need to knows. Fast, friendly and efficient. Thus far, cell service has been great. Looking forward to their internet service as well.

Kaitlyn was very nice I purchased a screen protector and asked her to put it on for me. She did!
