Milano's Pizza

8/7/22 Update: Today Google told me that I've been here 69 times and I laughed because that number is WAY OFF! I have been coming to this establishment since I was a kid- what was coveted at pizza night for me as a child has now become a tradition in my own home! I had to share how good they are, I think I've been keeping it to myself because I want to protect my favorite place!

Their pizza is delicious and is the BEST pizza on the Southside hands down, in my opinion. My sister who has relocated out of state commented to me there is no pizza she's met YET that beats Milano's! Their menu choices extend well beyond pizza to sides, dinner plates, pasta, sandwiches and more; just recently I asked them for a custom pasta request and it was so good (baked ravioli Alfredo- yum)!

They are a long standing family establishment in the local community with a great reputation. Still keep the charm of a small local family pizzeria but manage to keep up with the demand. And they know their longstanding customers and take pride in their relationships. When I call I instantly know who I'm talking to and we usually start chatting it up!

A very popular place on Friday nights, but Saturdays seem to be a bit calmer. Ok now I've told y'all about the (not so)secret gem on Western; go check them out!

Best sauce. Especially the stuffed. Been looking for a looooong time for a new place since my last fave place went to sh!t since they got big.

This is my favorite pizza on the planet. I moved to St. Louis from Chicago and pizza game in STL is so wack!!! I come here the second I visit home. I love coming home and seeing my family of course, but I LOVE-LOVE coming home and eating this ‘za.

My grandpa stopped working here a while back because he retired. He was the heart of the place, I can see why there are a lot of bad reviews recently.

My personal opinion for the best pizza in Chicago. I usually get a thin crust half cheese/half sausage. Savory sauce, thick cheese, quality crust, and excellent sausage. It makes Beggar’s look like Pizza Hut. The stuffed pizza is amazing too. I just wish they had a sit down restaurant instead of just being takeout.

Milano's is a pick-up.or delivery only pizza joint. Their crust and sauce are unique to them, and all is hand-made to order, including the crust. Their eggplant and chicken parm are truly so good! They have made to order calzones as well. Their phone operators are friendly, and the delivery drivers are so nice and mannerable!

The most delicious pizza! Same great recipe for years. I usually get thin crust, but recently tried stuffed. It has all the great flavors I love about the thin crust, plus more delicious cheese and crust. I'd honestly choose it over some of the more popular stuffed pizza places.

Milano's doesn't offer regular bacon, which is a topping I love on pizza, but that has never stopped me from ordering from there.

My favorite pizza place! Their crust is to die for. I highly recommend trying the chicken alfredo pizza.

First time trying today and all I will say is that this is some super good thin crust. Solid pizza, right here.

This is my go to place for pizza. The crust of this pizza delivers with just the right crunch and airiness. The ingredients are not overwhelming/piled up you can actually taste the sauce etc. & it’s not covered up with cheese. I would definitely recommend. The price is very fair on top of that you get a free soda with certain sizes; I always get the party. Still good once reheated in the oven.

I have been enjoying their food since I was a kid! Not only is the food great but the people who work there are absolutely wonderful! They get to know you, and treat you like family! The food... seriously the food is amazing. The meatballs are killer but their deep dish spinach stuffed pizza, my mouth is watering! They know what TRUE Chicago pizza should taste like. Thank you for continuing to make food that warms my soul. The great privilege I have is passing it on to my kids! When they say "Its not as good as Milano's" I feel so proud. This food is my childhood. Thank you so much and please please don't EVER change. A Chicago Staple!!!!!

One of my favorites, highly recommend their pie!

If you love cheese, order the Milano's Special. I ordered a small (10" diameter) with extra thin crust and the cheese was piled high and it was excellent. The tasty sauce was abundant, which made for a bit of a messy eat in my car. In fact, this pizza featured generous amounts of all the toppings (sausage, mushrooms, green peppers, and onions) and all were high quality.

There is no dining room here, so expect to enjoy your pizza elsewhere.

old school italian-american chicago-style thin crust. what more can ya say. folks there know what they're doin. gal from salerno at the counter so you know theyre connected. one of a handful of truly legit spots to get a chicago pie.

Their food is DELICIOUS! Thin crust, Chicago style. It's all good. One of the few places I can get fried cauliflower. The delivery guy is just delightful. So sweet and friendly and professional. Whatever he gets paid he needs a rasie. Deserves every penny and then some.

I've only had the pizza so far, but it was delicious!!! I love the fact that your ingredients and cheese have an equal ratio and the crust is supurb! I've ordered 5 times and have yet to have a soggy crust. This makes me one HAPPY customer.

somewhat expensive but the pizzas are very big and the cheese is just phenominal

i would suggest if you get a pizza from there though to say you dont want that much sauce, sometimes they put too much on if you dont
