Tradehome Shoes

Adam has made the usually difficult process of shopping for shoes for my extra wide feet easy and painless. The store manager and his staff are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly! My family and I will continue to get our shoes here.

Ps: If you all had an account with White's Boots, my coworkers and I will bring in quite a bit of revenue(at least two pairs per person).

Great place to go. Wish I could remember the salesman's name, but very helpful and professional. He took the time to actually measure my feet, didn't realize I've went up another 1/2 to full size. Then took the time to explain how some of the shoes are made and how they help. I'm walking better and more comfortable now, Thanks!

Ben Wadle was really helpful when I went to this store on 8/5/23. He helped me find the exact shoe I was looking for (Hoka). Plus the Aetrex memory foam inserts are perfect for my shoes. I bought an extra pair for another pair of shoes I already owned.

Eric helped me out today when I was looking to get some new shoes for work. He went above and beyond by recommending different options and bringing out multiple shoes so I could try them on. Customer service was top notch and I’ll definitely be returning.

I have had the best service twice now. The gentleman that helped me answered all my questions. He was very polite and I felt like he wasn't just trying to sell me a pair of shoe's, but he listened to my concerns about my feet & he had so much knowledge. The staff were all busy helping customer's and the store was very clean. I will continue to buy my Hokas from this store.

I just want to say what an absolute AMAZING experience I had while at this store. I have never been around more helpful, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable staff. The customer service was incredible. I went in looking for a decent running shoe (as mine were killing my feet) and was immediately welcomed by the manger James. He had asked me what I liked and what problems I had been having with my current running shoes. I was surprised at how much he knew about every shoe I asked about. Long story short, he found me the perfect shoe and my feet are EXTREMELY happy. Thanks for my new Asics James! I don't think I will ever shop at another shoe store!

I absolutely love my Tradehome shoes here in Sioux City mall. I have a very special guy that helps me with all my crazy ideas of shoes. I love him and very helpful.

Great knowledge and excellent customer service. They took their time to find the perfect fit for what I needed in a running shoe. 10/10 I will be back here for my next shoe purchase.

James was fantastic. I went in to just look around and walked out buying a great pair of boots. He kept making suggestions which I loved and even got me to try on some tennis shoes that I will more than likely buy in the future. Thanks James for the wonderful experience. It's hard to enjoy shopping anymore as good customer service out there is hard to find but this was very enjoyable!

Went in today to look for some shoes for my sister and ended up walking out with slippers & insoles that helped me out so well with my foot pain, don’t know the name of the gentleman that helped me out but he was very knowledgeable and super friendly, so thank you for that!

Manager James goes above and beyond to make things right. Wonderful customer service! Other staff were friendly too. Perfect example of how a retail experience should be. Thanks again and we will be back!!!

Absolutely the best experience ever Adam the store manager was very helpful I had the best experience ever buying shoes there I will keep returning to by more shoes in the future.

I feel personality attacked by the manager, James. My girlfriend walked in, we were not greeted by anyone. We watched as two other fellow customer were greeted and helped. The first thing the manager James said to us was about Birkenstock sandals. He harrased me for already owning a pair, as we were looking at a pair for my girlfriend. They did not have any in stock and we left after James, the manager, cut us off mid sentence to take a phone call. We will not be back!
