We recently purchased a classic car from Jensen Imports. While this was not our first classic car purchase, it was certainly our best experience. Tracie was absolutely fantastic! Our expectations were exceeded with her kindness and exemplary service. I'm not certain we will purchase another classic car but if we choose to, Jensen Imports will be our first choice.

Recently totaled my van and needed a replacement van. Went to the Mazda/Subaru dealership and found the perfect replacement van. Our sales guy Donnie was knowledgeable, transparent with any “issues” it had, and easy to talk to. He turned one of the saddest moments of my life into an enjoyable one! My kids and I are still beyond thrilled with my replacement van. Thank you so much!

Amazing service!! We were traveling across country and had a major dangerous problem and Dan the service Manager took care of us personally. Jake the service advisor also helped us. They were exceptional and took the time to get us back on the road safely. Can't thank them enough.

Bought my Mazda in September from Jensen. Just did my first oil change with their service department. Every experience from sales to service has been amazing. Very impressed.

Most trustworthy place to take your vehicle in Sioux City! My husband and I have been taking our vehicles to Jensen for over 10 years. The technicians do a good job and Angie at the service desk is great to work with! She genuinely cares about the customers and is very knowledgeable about vehicles!

Harry Was just wonderful to work with. We couldn't decide on which outback to get for a lease, and we him and hawed about it for a few days and they called us back and showed us a Forest Green 2020 outback. We fell in love instantly with it. Now if we could just get them to comp a tow hitch😉. The staff was incredibly respectful and we look forward to business in the future.

The absolute best place to purchase a car. They truly care about their customers and go above & beyond to make you feel welcome. I went in with a specific car in mind and they had it waiting for me upon arrival. From the sales manager, salesman, to the finance manager, each person had our best interest in mind. Jensen Imports is outstanding in every way. Seven years ago, I stopped in late on a snowy winter evening looking for a car that could handle the ice and snow. I left that night with a Subaru Outback. Earlier this week, I bought my third Subaru Outback (first two were leased). Robert Klein has been a gem - honest, smart, enthusiastic, and a great listener. He heard what we were asking for, and has set us up with the best deals on truly great cars. His kindness , attention and no-pressure style made me feel completely confident and delighted with my decisions. Craig Hops, the Finance Manager, walked me through the paperwork (on a great deal, by the way) with clarity and integrity. And I have to mention Angie (sorry, Angie - I couldn't find your last name) in the service department! Over the last few years, she has offered the best advice - telling me what to expect at every visit, always offering cars or rides (although I usually just stayed in the waiting area - TV, internet, coffee!). She told me about what was done, what might need to be done at an upcoming appointment, and what the cost would be so there were never any unwelcome surprises. Read the Jensen Mission Statement, and know that they are living that every single day with every single customer.

Starter went bad on our Dodge Deisel truck. We were 1000 miles from home and everybody we called said they could get to it in about a week. Jake worked us in and got us back on the road in less than 24 hours. Even though they don’t usually work on diesel trucks they still helped us out. Thanks Jake and the mechanic who did the work.

Just had service at Jensen for my Ascent….very, very pleased. Angie in the service department is fantastic and gets the vehicle in in a timely manner, is courteous, and keeps the customer updated. Great explanation of charges…….can’t think of anything negative at all………

Jensen is hands down the BEST place to buy a vehicle. The people aren't just trying to make a sale--they're trying to find the best vehicle for your needs. They take the time to explore all the options with you.

I'm not a person who likes to drive, but I love to drive our new Mazda3...

I wasn’t sure if I wanted a new or a used vehicle. I came across Jensen Mazda and was approached by a sales rep, Jordon Betts. I would have to say he was very knowledgeable about the vehicles in question. His over all attitude made me very comfortable because he was not over bearing or pushy. When I decide to purchase said vehicle, new or old I will definitely be returning to Jensen Mazda and speaking with Jordon.

I keep coming back to have them service my car, because it’s high quality service. My most recent visit: I was waiting for the service rep who was assisting an elderly gentleman with the final details of his service appt. Another employee who was busy doing other work stopped his work to come check me in. I don’t think that was his job but he noticed I was waiting a few minutes. (Little things like this make a big difference.)

In the past 5 years, I have had a couple instances where my car needed to come back more than once. I could have gotten mad and never come back. But every time I have given them the chance to make it right. They make it right!

I saw an ad for a classic car , I emailed them late on Saturday night. On Monday morning I had an email back and a contact person. I contacted them asked for more pictures and they arrived by noon, they help arrange an inspection for me and worked closely with me on shipping. But while waiting on shipping without being asked they fixed a couple of issues for me at no charge.
