This store is stellar. I have an incredibly difficult time finding shoes as I’ve recently had foot surgery. The associates at this store have gone above and beyond to help me find comfortable shoes, especially in wide. They don’t carry many wides in store, but there are thousands of options online and every time I’ve had a return to this store it’s been seamless. You can even return worn shoes if they’re not working for you! Shoe shopping is not easy, but Famous Footwear in Sioux City has made it easier for me.

Unfortunately we walked in the door about 3 minutes to closing. But the two young ladies that were working were so very helpful and they did not make us feel rushed in the least. They were helpful and offered great input into choices. Kudos ladies!! I wish I would have gotten their names because they deserve to be recognized for their excellent customer service.

Staff greeted us upon entry, informing us of the current sale going on. Offered help in finding size needed. Polite. Clean store. Very professional.
