We had a great visit. My girlfriend had been looking for Hey Dudes in her size with no luck. They had three styles that she liked, and they had her size in the first one that we asked about. I also got a pair of Olukai Sandals before we left. The gentlemen that helped us was incredibly friendly and super helpful.

I go here every time I need new boots. The staff are very friendly helpful. They have all my information from my last visit so finding the right pair hardly takes a few minutes. One time the boot maker discontinued the pair I likes so the employee found me a closely related pair that was cheaper and fit better. The quality of the boots they sell is the best around. I work in a shop and have had this pair two years. Just an update!! “ I retired these boots after just over 4 years!! And without holes. And only because I was gifted another identical pair! Love the store they sell the best boots you can buy!

This has been my favorite shoe store since I was a child. The personal service, one on one attention to detail. Great shoes that support your feet are comfortable and stylish at the sometime! There staff is knowledgeable and goes above and beyond! I love there sale racks. The clearance area always has Great finds! The back up there products! Glad to have them as a part of our community!

Great selection. Walked in the door to a shoe sale table with good prices on New Balance in my size. Spent less on 2 pair of shoes than I was planning to spend on one very good pair that fit my feet.

Tabitha was awesome. I'm a caregiver, I brought in my client to buy tennis shoes. She was extremely helpful. I really hope I got her name right but I believe it is. She was fantastic.

Been going here for years...although this location doesnt have the green carpet or the green chair visible, the service is phenomenal. Spencer is great and will find a way to make it happen. My wife seen a pair of sandals online and we called Spencer and he had them on hand. It was nice to Rae Marie as well. It was nearly 25 years ago I purchased a pair of Reebok Pumps from her back when they were in the mall! These 2 are real assets to the owners! Amazing customer service! My husband has diabetes and suffered a stroke. He is wearing a brace on his right foot and leg to keep him from dragging that foot. His wound care nurse wanted him to get a shoe to go over his brace, so we went to Rudolph's today. Our salesperson spent over half an hour with us and brought out at least 6 pairs of shoes until she found one to fit over the brace. Since we had to purchase 2 pairs of shoes (left foot 12M and foot with brace needed a 15EEEEEE) they gave us a discount. We were very impressed and will be returning!

I've never, ever been in Rudolph's for more than 30 seconds before someone asked me if I need help. That goes a long long way with me. I've learned that with Rudolph's, spending a little bit of money, having good manners, and being a loyal customer goes a long way.
I don't usually buy the brand new shoes that are located in the front of the store. I like to go to the clearance racks in the back and see what kind of wild colors they have in new balance 574s. If you're a good loyal customer/repeat customer, the manager will usually come off the price on the clearance items (if they know you're going to buy, and not just waste their time). They came down from $39 to $29 on some shoes the last time I was in there, and in doing so, I bought five pair.

I would definitely recommend Rudolph's to anyone wanting a good deal, and great customer service. You might not want to wait too long though, because there may not be too much left on the men's clearance rack when I'm done.

Very nice and friendly staff. Nice selection of shoes for all ages. They also have Lay Away which many don't offer this service anymore, nice to see that a shoe store still does.

Lots of shoes and purses. Since I love both, this store is really fun for me. Also has very nice ladies room. (There are places I refuse to shop because of a lack of decent restroom facilities. )

Nice durable shoes and boots always have deals. People are always nice. My friend got sick had to go back home right away do.
