The manager of the store knew who i was when i went in. Not by name but by what i chose to buy. we talked for a few minutes and i left.. you can’t get service like that at most retail stores. thank you guys for being so good to your customers ..

I have been in the store numerous times. I will say I have always gotten the BEST service from Vicki! She doesn’t seem to be there all the time, but when she is, you will truly get the absolute BEST service! She is so kind and attentive to your every need! Honestly, this world needs more people like her in it!

I just went back for the second time and I am in love with this store! The scrubs I needed were very reasonably priced the new owner was amazing while helping me . In general, having someone who really wants to be present and help customers find the best fitting clothes for their field is amazing!! No frumpy ill fitting scrubs for me today! I will definitely be back.

The manager was super helpful and helped me find scrubs that fit and looked good! She was so sweet and I’ve been going there for my scrubs for 10 years.

I love this store! If they don’t have your size they will order it. Great selection and newly expanded. The lady that always helps me there is such a sweetheart!

Helpful staff

I went there today. There was only one customer. I was never greeted, never asked if I needed help, or if I needed to try anything on. I had difficulty finding my size, and was very disappointed with the employee’s rudeness. Not much selection in sizes, either XX small, or XXX Large.
I heard her being helpful to the other customer. I thought, maybe she is busy, and will help me when she finishes with the other customer. Nope!

very dissatisfied and disappointed in the service i had received today. as many know, kids hide in the clothes racks and the lady had been very snappy with my daughter about going in them. i said she has and ipad but i don’t like her using it as much and also said what can you do. she replied back with well you could do more after i had told my daughter numerous times to stop. labels were marked wrong so when i grabbed what i needed or thought what was what i need, i went to my car with my daughter who likes to carry the bags. well she got in the car seat and wanted to look well pulled tags off. it’s her thing to pull them off. well after looking at the product i realized it was wrong. not even 5 minutes later went back in and she was VERY rude of how “she could lose her job for taking a return without the tag ATTACHED” i was beyond disappointed. after stating it was labeled wrong she continued to fight with me and after talking to the manager she made it seem like it was pointless i called and said oh no she should be able to

Needed some scrubs so stopped by here quick. The lady helping me gave me a couple to try on. I gave her the one that fit right and asked if I could get 3 more. One of them ended up being different than the others a women’s one that fit too tight. I went to return it and she denied it because the tag was off and was very rude about i. Then continued to blame me for not trying it on.
