Fast, professional, and very patient with me. Mr. Vang is kind, and truly a computer wizard. I brought my PC in after I messed it up comletely, he worked on it on the WEEKEND and had it ready for me on Sunday. He sat with me and explained in terms even I could understand how to keep me safe. Highly recommend his expertise! Added plus - his services are unbelievably reasonable. Kudos!

I had an amazing experience using Wausau Computer Services. I am not a computer-savvy person by any means, but I knew something was wrong with my computer when it went unresponsive and sent out a wisp of smoke when I tried turning it back on. I took it to Wausau Computer Services and got it back a few days later. He checked over the computer first and confirmed that the hardware was just fine. He did his thing, and it is running smooth again! Not only was the work fast and affordable, but it was honest. He could have easily told me that this would be a big fix and would have needed new hardware and hours to install it, but instead he did right by his customer and did the cheap and easy fix that the computer actually needed. I recommend using Wausau Computer Services if you have a computer that needs fixing!

Owner was very nice and quick to help. He understood what was wrong and is very knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose and fix my computer within 24 hours. His pricing was also very fair for the amount of work that he has dedicated to fixing my computer. Would’ve given 6/5 stars if given the option.

I tried to install new RAM on my own and something went wrong with the bios settings and I couldn't change them. I called Wausau Computer Services, was able to get an appointment, drop my pc off and describe the problem all within an hour.
They knew exactly what needed to be done, fixed it fast and explained what the issue was!

Far and away the BEST pc repair service I used in the area! Plus I received a quote for service that was spot on when I paid my bill. 10/10 I will only be coming here from now on.

My computer's hard drive crashed two weeks ago and Wausau Computer Services was open on Sunday. Vang found that to hard crashed and we had loads of pictures and documents that would be lost. Vang worked on it and by Thursday he retrieved everything. He told up front what the cost would and he did an amazing job. Computer is so fast and we're very happy with the results.
The price was way below what I thought it would cost. I would highly recommend. Vang is a very
courteous and does a great job explaining the problem and what needs to be done. Definitely give 10 Stars.

Best Buy told me to trash my computer and to buy one of their $1000 dollar computers. I took it here for a second opinion and he saved me so much money! Not only did he save me money he had the work done the very next day! OUTSTANDING!!! Also super friendly! I’m definitely going back in the future and definitely recommending him to everyone!

Brought my Asus gaming laptop in for a good internal cleaning and reapplication of thermal paste. I've had it for nearly 2 years and my temps were increasing somewhat. Mr. Vang did an outstanding job and I noticed the improvement right away. I will do business with him again, the next time I am in a market for a PC, I will have have him build it for me.

He knows what he's doing and honest. I like small business owners.

I took a laptop and desktop in for repair, about 6 months ago. The laptop was fixed quickly, and has worked fine since. The desktop would not boot so a new, solid-state, drive was installed. I couldn't get it to boot at home, so gave up at the time. Today I took it back for checking, and it worked fine... I probably had something hooked up wrong, There was no charge for today's service. Owner is gracious, and stands behind his work.

Wausau Computer Service reanimated my old friend Acer, installed a new hard drive and extended the memory. My computer is working like new and they were able to safe all my files. Job well done 👍👍

AMAZING. Super fast service. The owner saved me so much money from a laptop repair that would have costs me hundreds of dollars. He replaced my battery and speaker in a day. I brought him the parts and he did such incredible job. He also cleaned my computer. He texted me right away when to pick up. The job was something I could never do. Very complicated. Super sweet family business and very reliable.

This is a small shop, but the service was excellent. Vang knew his stuff, resolved my problem and his charge was incredibly reasonable. He also did the service with a quick turn around. Highly recommended.
