Cole Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Just purchased a 2019 Ford Fusion Hybrid from Cole Chrysler today and am very happy with it!! I was nervous buying a used vehicle out of state after having a bad experience elsewhere, but Andy reassured me that the car was in great shape and that he would even buy it himself. That made me feel a lot better! He was very responsive to all of my questions and concerns (even with a three-hour time difference while I was traveling on the west coast). I live in Wisconsin, so it was a little bit of a challenge trying to find a day to get to the dealership to do the deal, so they offered to drive the car to me! We agreed on a meeting place and the deal was done in about 20 minutes or so. The driver was very nice as well. They also gave me more for my trade than any other dealership would consider giving me. 10/10 would recommend! Thanks Andy, Eric and team!! I hope to have the Fusion for a long time, but will definitely keep you guys in mind for future purchases!

Although I didn’t end up purchasing a vehicle from Cole, I want to at least write a review on the customer service I received. I had the privilege of working with both Chuck and Brett. These guys were excellent! Outstanding communication and zero pressure! I will definitely keep this dealership in mind the next time I am in the market for a new car. Outstanding, I highly recommend this dealer. Brandon had my 300 cleaned, polished , gassed up and waiting in front of the dealership for me. I appreciate the fast turnaround in buying my new awesome ride. Brandon called the next day to double check that everything was ok and that I had a safe trip home. Above and beyond. My Jeep was in for the second time in 3 months for a misfiring injector. The second of four. The cost was NOT cheap at $1000 per injector. This was after the motor blew up and left me stranded in Utah, at 17,000 miles. The dealership took care of me and they are always great there, but I am beyond disappointed with my $50, 000 purchase. I thought Jeep vehicles were more reliable than this. Not the dealerships fault of course, but still.....

We were looking for a car and found one on line. We drove there and they treated us so well. They even let us drive the car home that nigjt so we could take it to our mechanic in our town about 40 miles away. We bought the car the following night. Friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful staff. No task was too small for Brandon who guided us through the process to buy our new vehicle and did so with good humor and enthusiasm. A positive from our experience is that at no time did we feel pressured. My experience with Cole couldn't have been better. I had the pleasure of working with Ray and not only did he locate a 'unicorn' car for me, he made the experience shockingly painless. Seriously, he was wonderful. I would not hesitate to go back to Cole for my next car. I am also really happy I got to work with a local dealer as opposed to one in Grand Rapids, which I've had to do for the past 18 yrs.

I'm not going to change my 5 star rating. But, when I came in for oil change today and ask what you would give for my 2015 challenger and was told 20000. I said yes ill sell for that because I'm in a bad position. Then yall came back with a 16,500 to 17,500 price. Not real happy. You said 20,000 should of kept your quote.....like I said I'm not changing my 5 star. We need to do better.

Chuck was fantastic! We called ahead to look at a truck, and even though we arrived early the truck was already pulled up and ready for us. Chuck was very friendly and the whole purchase process went very smoothly. Chuck even called the next day to make sure we were happy with the truck and that everything was going well.

This is the best dealership ever!.... If you have had a bad experience with a dealership you really need to give these chaps a try! Excellent service department too! They beat Discount Tires for my Jeep Commander tires and I know my vehicle will be well cared for by the mechanics and technicians at this facility whatever my vehicle is in there for.
