WOW. From my 1st call to schedule an eye appointment, through checkout I just can't say enough. I've told 3 people about my wonderful experience and passed along a business card already (and I left the office 8.5 hours ago). Very professional staff. Clean and very up-to-date facility! All the latest digital equipment (that I never knew I wanted to experience). The eyewear selection display area was perfect. A lot of wonderful frames to select from without overwhelming me with "too many cookie-cutter" options. Wonderful carousel design to the patient process. Enter and check in right ahead. For the appointment I went clockwise through the building as my visit progressed and never felt lost. Every detail was explained in a way that made the visit feel very personal to me...not like I was just another patient. I'll never trust my eye health to another provider. I highly recommend this place!

I was very impressed with the staff and Dr Koerner was engaging and professional. I was welcomed with a smile, checked in efficiently and moved through my appointment feeling I was the only customer, but they had several going on. I am happy that I setup a proactive checkup at this center.

Very nice facility! The staff was very friendly, kind, pleasant to work with. Doctor was thorough but quick. Got in and out in a timely matter. I would definitely recommend to everyone!

This group is knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and thorough in your care. They listen well and address all your concerns. They put the patient first. They also have a large collection of eyewear to choose from. I highly recommend Eyecare Center of Wausau if you are looking for eye care.

What a great eye center! My experience at the Eye Center of Wausau was truly exceptional from start to finish. Scheduling my appointment was a breeze, and I was pleasantly surprised to be seen in under a week. The scheduler who helped me arrange my appointment was exceptionally friendly and made sending all my insurance information convenient via text.

To top it off, I received a thoughtful text reminder that included the appointment date and time and check-in time, eliminating uncertainty about when to arrive.

Upon arrival, the lady at the front desk welcomed me warmly and got me checked in within minutes. I greatly appreciated being seen on time for my appointment.

The Optometric technician left a lasting impression on me with her remarkable friendliness and professionalism. She skillfully guided me through all the pre-tests, and while some of them could have potentially felt awkward, her sense of humor and expert demeanor put me completely at ease. An eye exam is not always described as enjoyable, but she succeeded in making it exactly that.

Dr. Leurquin was an absolute gem! Her warm and inviting demeanor made me feel instantly comfortable. She had a remarkable ability to sense when I was wavering between different lens selections, and she went above and beyond to ensure we picked the perfect ones for my needs. She didn't rush through the selection process; instead, she thoroughly addressed all my concerns about my vision. The entire experience was top-notch, and I left the center with an unwavering confidence in the exceptional eye care provided.

The staff is awesome. I have a complicated eye issue going on and Dr Koerner & Dr Lerquin both took time to check everything thoroughly.

The provider was very knowledgeable and thorough. The person helping me with glasses was awesome.. plan to come back and my husband will scheduling an appointment

I've been a patient with Eye Care Center for 2 years now, absolutely perfect, helpful staff. Hannah took the time to help train me with contact lenses today, despite my difficulty getting it, she was super kind and a great instructor. Dr Koerner is wonderful, I didn't feel rushed through as she took time to answer all my questions.
One more thing, the new campus is beautiful! Very happy with Eye Care Center in every way.

I had such a nice visit at the eye care center! I was greeted by a very nice young lady up at the front! I was taken back to get looked at by a very very respectable young lady that did a great job with everything!!! Dr. Kelsey did a great job and was very nice! Highly recommend!!!

LIFE CHANGING! After having a bad experience with the other clinic down the road I decided to try the Eyecare Center of Wausau. The difference between the 2 was amazing. The Eyecare Center was prompt, got me right in for an appointment (no 4 hour wait in the waiting room here). The team is very knowledgeable about the up-to-date practices for eye care procedures. Dr. Kelsey Koerner got me fitted for Scleral Lenses, the process was smooth and easy, and it is truly life changing! I highly recommend this place and Dr. Koerner.

Friendly staff members that go above and beyond! Jeanette fitted my new glasses last week and made sure they were just right for me. She adjusted them multiple times (without complaint) to get them comfy and straight. Fast forward one week, I get stuck sideways in the snow on a hill. Who comes to help plow me out? Jeanette from Eyecare Center of Wausau. She took the time and energy to get me unstuck, even though it could mean that she could be late for work herself. Jeanette is a selfless, thoughtful, kind individual for sure! You better hold on to her EyeCare Center 😃 Thanks Jeanette for being a good person!
