Pro-Clean Car Wash & Detailing

Read some reviews so was hesitant to take my truck here, but Pro Clean did not disappoint. After a sparkling water exploded in our truck from the sun zero temps, we needed to get it cleaned so we could drive home, and we needed it ASAP. I called and spoke with the manager, Ryan, who said they could help us even though they only do details/shampooing on Mondays in the winter (for a fee). The results were amazing. The interior and exterior looked magnificent and all of the staff were very nice!

Shoutout to Denzel for the detailing while I vacuumed my car! Amazing customer service and the personal touch that made my day.
Been going here for over a year and have been impressed the whole time. The towel dry is especially great in the winter to keep road salt from ruining the car.

No complaints. They seem to do a pretty decent job washing the cars. I like their subscription options where you get unlimited washes. And their vacuum cleaners have the best suction I've ever seen in a vacuum cleaner for a car.

Quick and efficient. Couldn't get the dead bugs off my car but that's ok bcuz they cleaned the inside my car super good. Reasonable price.

A little out dated wash . It's not as good as some from the Chicago land area . But better than one, you will find at a gas station .

I brought in my newly purchased 1978 Thunderbird for a full detailing service. The staff was friendly and the wait was very worth while. The people cleaning my car at first were not doing to good of a job but thankfully not breaking anything while they where doing it. Two of the managers Doug, and Adam quickly came in and made sure that the job was done right. They apologized to me and quickly got on my car to make sure that I got what I payed for. These two were extremely helpful. One of the employees ended up stealing an item and when the managers heard of this they quickly pulled up footage from the cameras and immediately reimbursed me for the stolen item. In the end I left extremely happy and with a brand new car. The management here is great and this is the right place to bring your vehicle, even a dirty old classic that needs to be restored. All in all the final product and customer service where high quality and professional.

pro clean car wash is the best by far the best in Dubuque. Having two kids and dogs my car is always a mess! pro clean always gets it looking new again.
Plus the staff are very friendly and kind!

Happy enough I've been a unlimited washes customer for 2 1/2-3 years now. And unlike competitors. They have employees on site. To deal with issues and pamper our cars.

I pay a monthly fee 20.00 and can go as many times as I want.Before I wouldn't go very often I would keep putting it off.My car so clean now and I know it's better for my car too i get all that salt and grime off.

Best unlimited wash plan I have seen. They mean it and I can prove it. I get mine washed just to see the crew, and grab a free coffee and donut. I'm surprised they don't have a line of squad cars out there. 🚘

Been going there for many years and i love my clean car when its done. Staff is very friendly and if your not satisfied then it will re-washed. Speak up if your not happy becsuse do want to know!

Cleaner than brand new. Pro Clean accommodated our request to use our own cleaning solutions. I cannot praise them highly enough! Everyone was professional, friendly, efficient & skilled. The best!

Good place to get your car or truck washed and they offer all kinds of different washes. I always get my cars washed there. The people that work there are so friendly !!
