I was so very happy with the service. They were very polite and explained everything to me and provided photos so I could see what they were talking about. They also took me to the garage and physically showed me issues that needed immediate attention. I feel so much better about letting my daughter drive this vehicle knowing the repairs have been made.

Five stars for being very kind people. But their price was over double what I ended up finding the parts for at eTrailer. I wish he could have just told me the truth over the phone instead of making me drive over there for a $700 plus tax quote for brakes for my trailer. I'm sure they do great though, and reading reviews it seems like they stand behind the work they do!

I had a wonderful experience at Griffin Muffler and Brake LLC. They are extremely professional, let me know what my financial responsibility would be prior to scheduling (no surprises at check out), and got me into the shop and my van’s exhaust fixed the same week! I highly recommend them. Bonus: their facility is modern, clean and they are up to date technology wise where they have a professional website, accept electronic payments, and are comfortable with texting for communicating and reminder/status updates.

We were assisted very well! Went in for a tire change and was notified that our entire frame was rusted through, putting our lives and the lives of others in danger this is the first shop that informed us about our car issue and it had been worked on in 4 other locations. We are now looking for a different vehicle and thank griffin for keeping us safe and actually telling us about a problem. I put my son in that car and just bought it last January and didnt know the daily danger i was putting him in. I am forever thankful for Griffen and they will always have my business!

Also, if you own/drive a diesel VW, ask for Leighton. This guy knows Euro diesels inside and out. No one else in town I’d trust more with my TDI.

Great work, had trouble with my vehicle at work. alternator was bad and needed 2 batteries replaced and a serpentine belt had my vehicle ready before I got off work preciate you griffin.

I have always appreciated the work that Clark and the team does for me. I have received great service every time I have trusted them with one of my vehicles. I love the work the exhaust work they have done on both of my Tundras. They both have sounded amazing and the look of their work matched! My only fear is that, as Clark warned me, "it might not be the best for your fuel economy"... I just want to get into the throttle a little at every take off!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

They squeezed me in, in between other appointments and took a fraction of the time and charged a fraction of the cost of other places I had called. I had an appointment first thing when they opened one morning, I located this place through yelp. Instead of leaving my vehicle & returning back they went ahead & just quickly took care of the work & had me on my way. Good quality care for the quick hour I was there. Will definitely use them again in the future when the need arises.

Exhaust was hung very well and, to my surprise, was coated. So, no worries about about the welds rusting. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Will definitely recommend and return for future service. Good job!

Had my dual exhaust installed, found out my catalytic converters was out. Had made a quick appointment on the spot and they had about my whole exhaust changed and fixed in less then 2 days. Amazing customer service and treatment. A great business I will take all of my vehicles there for exhaust now on! Great to work with and relative and affordable prices. Can’t beat it
