Rick was awesome & provided excellent customer service, swiftly checking me in, completing an oil change, inspection & car washed within an hour. The dealership’s amenities, like WiFi and treats, made the wait enjoyable. My car, was returned spotless, felt like I was driving off the lot in a brand new car. Fantastic job! Great experience with fixing a tire losing air on G70. Terry, the contact service person, was professional, friendly, and efficient. A nail that happened to be in the tire was removed with no cost to me.

Marc Gilbrick did a great job breaking down the features for the genesis g70. He did the self driving park and it sold us. We are on the waitlist for g60. This was 10x better experience than my other Hyundai genesis dealership in HP and Gurnee.

I had already knew the vehicle I wanted going to the dealership and Adam walked me through purchase process efficiently. It was about as quick as it could've been, which I appreciated. I'm an out of state buyer and the dealership took care of paperwork and mailed me title and such so I could get the car registered in timely manner. I would be a customer again.
