This place is amazing. The lady there. She has to be the owner. She took time to tell me everything. The food she suggested. Was so delicious. This is now my Spot. Love it here. 😃 💘

Stopped by to pick up dinner. They have a nice little walk up with a sliding window. Ordered chicken tacos. The chicken was so good, not dry, seasoned well. And, I know this is going to sound weird but I love the beans. They're not smashed too a puree and I loove that. Rice was fluffy and moist. Dumped the red salsa on it and phew! My mouth still burns a bit but i couldnt stop. Would definitely recommend giving them a try. It seems the hours arent consistent so I'm glad I caught them on my way home. Give them a call first, if anything.

Good place for late night Mexican in Blue Island. Owner is really friendly and it's nicely decorated inside. Chilaquiles were just okay - but the horchata was great and you could tell it was homemade.

Love Mammy Chayo!!! The food is always hot, fresh and delicious and everyone who works there is amazing. Very nice and friendly. I have never ordered a bad item, everything is delicious!! I’m glad they are open for dine in now, I’ll definitely have to start bringing friends.

Went to Swap-O-Rama down the street, and was looking for some good tacos afterwards. This place did not disappoint! Free chips and salsa, free sopa, and the tacos were delicious! We ordered steak and chicken tacos, ceviche, and a kid’s quesadilla meal. Everything was fresh, very flavorful, and the service was great! I definitely recommend this taqueria!

I just ordered off Door dash......Nacho was perfect .....and fresh ......meat was a lil over cooked but that's ok it wasn't greasy ......Thank u.....for satisfying my craving......now back to my salads....

I first tried them when they had a tent outside across from the restaurant the food is amazing! I’m very picky with my Mexican food but I fell in love with their chicken tacos who cares about the price when the food is this good. If you’re thinking about trying them this is your sign , go for it !!

Went here & the food was delicious!!! Customer service was very good & it feels really like you're in an authentic Mexican restaurant (like in Mexico lol). Definitely will be back!🤤🤤🤤

Food is excellent. Large quesadilla is scrumptious. $1 tacos are small, regular size if you're hungry. Staff very friendly.

Food was delicious, tacos were only a dollar and meat seasoned to perfection. Definitely a place to visit for authentic Mexican food.
